I showed up to the hotel after a day of flying and was unable to stay at this hotel since it was under construction. There was no notice to me that this was occurring and I was able to book the reservation as if nothing was wrong.

Hotel was under renovation, including whole lobby area filled with supplies, drywall, debris. Room was in good condition and clean. Beds were comfortable. However no hot water in showers, we let front desk know and they did not have a solution (suggested running shower for 25 minutes;we ran it for 30+ and never warmed up). Fronst desk clerk friendly but no help with water situation, we requested extra towels (room only had one) but were not given any. Thankfully price was relatively cheap and had a clean place to sleep, but i expect bare minimums like being able to get hot water and towels from Wyndham

Property should not be open for business. It is being remodeled and it is terrible. Nothing works

They are going thru renovation and had 2 major design flaws - shower does not have a soap-shampoo shelf and bathroom vanity has NO shelves. The outlets on both sides of bed are not functional. Will never stay there again

No one was at the desk when we walked in. There were 3 angry customers waiting on the attendant. Two of the guys said their room key didn’t work and the third guy wanted a refund. Two more people walked down while we were waiting. There was a pile of what appeared to be dust from a vacuum cleaner on the floor in our room. The TV didn’t work. My husband called the front desk and the guy told him there is magic to it he would call us right back. My husband saw that there was no coaxial cable. He went and got it and fixed the TV himself. The AC didn’t work and it sounded worst than a generator. There was no hot water. It was loud in the hallway. Doors slamming all night.

The experience at this hotel is the worst one ever for me and my sister. Upon arrival, the entrance was not a friendly environmental entrance. The smell was the first thing we noticed and downhill from there. It was dark and musky. I was told I could not have extra towels, there would be a charge for extra ones. I did get some and the receptionist did not charge. There bath towels are very small that is the reason for me wanting extra. The hair dryer did not work nor the plugs in the bathroom. She is she would send a maintenance man up, I requested just a replacement one, she stated there were not any so we declined the maintenance since we did not want someone in the room when we were not there. In the morning the toilet was not functional. We had to fill the thrash can with water from the shower to flush the toilet. Call the front desk three times and no answer after we were told the desk is manned 24/7. I let it ring 15 times each time. I went downstairs to the desk, stood around for 15 minutes and yelling hello, hello, hello, no one around. There was a kitchen staff, I asked to please tell the front desk to call my room. This was at 7 am. I when upstairs to pack and check out. 2 hours later as we were closing the room the phone rang. I did not answer since we were heading downstairs.The receptionist greeted us cheery and said I have been calling you.This is not true, the only time the phone rang was as we were closing the as I told her this. She did not seem concerned

I have stayed me multiple times before but this time was horrible. We had no hot water for the whole stay claims the worker was on the way and never showed up waited an hour before just going the sleep as it was 10:30 at night , the tv did not work guy downstairs said it was due to spectrum outage but when we looked it up there was not an outage nearby …. Fyi he has the football games on downstairs in the lobby . Then the ac would not get cold it was hot the whole stay . We couldn’t sleep it was so hot on the room we were drenched in sweat.
