Excellent location if planning day trips to other cities by train. The train station and Palace of Culture are one block away. Breakfast was really good and their dining room was renovated while we were there, with good final results.

Older and badly needed upgrades

Extremely helpful and polite staff. Room cleaned well. Thank you! Room 224 was little bit noisy. Maybe something is wrong with the window sound insulation.

currently lots of construction work going on. shared business lobby closed. new rooms are nicely designed and clean. always my first joice to stay in central warsaw.

I took the cheapest room. It was modern, led lighting, big TV, and with inner view. Definitely will choose to stay again.

Not sure where to start. The rooms and the hotel is dated. Everyday at exactly 9 am we could hear a drill waking everyone’s up. It drilled for 5-10 minutes and stopped. The air conditioning was very loud and had to turn it off every evening as it stopped us from falling asleep. You can hear guest behind the wall either ralking or taking a shower. There is also a noticeable noise from outside. The housekeeper entered our room twice although we explicitly left the ‘do not disturb card’ outside. When called the reception about cutlery, they advised us to call the restaurant next door but also to collect the cutlery in-person. Otherwise we would be charged. The rooms didn’t have water bottles or basic things like spoons. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

so so. room on the 5th floor are rundown. sofa bad was not that good. the reception gave us wrong information about transportation and on the activates open during the up rising celebration. very disappointment. Location is Very Good. Breakfast was Nice. WiFi was just fine. I will not come back.

We liked the location. The room is definitely in need of renovating. We were also told we would get drink vouchers if we didn’t have cleaning service and we didn’t get any of them ( should have been 4), and we made sure the tag was on the door marked…. Also, after checking out, we got a rental car and needed to load our luggage, and the officers would not let my husband pull over for 1 minute to load up. Very frustrating.

Nice hotel, Great location

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The first room I was given, on the 4th floor, had a simple thin flat sheet covering the mattress, and it wasn’t even large enough to cover the whole mattress. This is an excellent way to end up with a bed bug infestation. The second room, also on the 4th floor, had a dirty bathroom and the AC unit wasn’t working. Both rooms were very dated, as are the hallways. The third room was better, it was renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable but unfortunately the AC unit was not working properly since I had it set to 18C it should have been freezing in the room, it wasn’t. At 18C, running all night and day, the temperature felt more like 24C then 18C. Overall, this hotel could be good if the work was put into renovating it properly. The hotel location is excellent.

Very comfortable hotel, modern, clean, with varied breakfast. Perfectly situated next to the main train station, a shopping center, the Palace of Culture and Science. The staff was friendly. Hope to be back soon and strongly recommend!

The location of the hotel is fabulous, the service is ok but the condition of the room is poor, one of the lamps is broken and the shower tap is half broken and hard to adjust the temperature. And the air conditioning is not great

Good location

This hotel was very convenient to a lot. Huge mall across the street, Palace of Culture at the end of the street and much more within walking distance. Inside of hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful

I be lucky when check in ,upgrade and complimentary welcome drink and fruit .near train station.

The watchman was only sleeping and a drunken guy was sleeping at the elevator as well

We came as tourists, but a number of guests were here on business. It’s clean and just a 5-10 minute walk from the central train station. It’s a $5 am Uber ride from Old Town. An easy walk to the Palace of Culture and Science—which has no exhibitions really but an observation tower. Room was ok-typical business hotel room. Shower could have been better—very little pressure when shower on, but it was ok. Was fine for our 4 night stay with plenty of breakfast options. Nice staff.

Generally, the hotel is ok. But I will never use it again. The furniture is outdated. To turn off the lights you have to walk all over the room and turn it off lamp by lamp. Especially when you’re tired after the long trip, it’s super annoying. And bathtub was dirty

My second stay in a year and it was perfect for what I needed. Clean, convenient, quiet and near the central station.

Located in front of a very good shopping mall and only a few meters away of one of Warsaw´s architectural icon buildings from the soviet era.
