It took over 2 hours past check in time for my room to be ready meanwhile other people were walking in and getting their rooms immediately. Then after being promised it would be ready in 30 min, I took a walk and came back in 30 min, still was not ready for another 45 min.

The room we were assigned had issues, most of which were minor (tv didn't work - which we were advised about upfront so not really a problem, no trash can, towel bar popped off of the wall, etc). However, the deadbolt for the room would not lock in place because the plate on the door frame was not lined up properly with the latch, so couldn't fully secure the room. It was late, no other rooms available, and maintenance were not on staff to fix problem. Did not feel safe enough to stay. Front desk staff was nice and refunded our room without any trouble, so no concerns there, but we ended up driving through the night back home instead as there was no availability anywhere else.

Arrived at midnight after a 6 hour drive ready to go to sleep just to be told my room was not ready even though the deposit had already been charged and had to wait for staff to clean a room. Sink and bathtub were clogged, bed sheets had stains and carpet had crumbs. Breakfast was picked up half and hour before “closing”.

The check in experience was terrible because 2 people in the front of the line paid for their stay via Expedia who unbeknownst to everyone canceled their room. This resulted in 2 people holding the line up and I was stuck waiting almost half an hr in line to check in.

The breakfast was terrible. The hotel needs refurbishments. The elevator didn’t work. Everything looked old and worn out. The location was good for the Sports Card show. That was the only plus.

Half consumed beer can I n the fridge. Sticky floor in room.

This is our 3rd trip to this area and we have stayed here everytime . They are always great however this time we had alittle clutch. Our trip was shortened and we asked to cancel the last night of of our trip but they refused said I booked a 3 &save deal( which I never seen anything about) so I left and had to pay the additional night anyway.

For whatever reason the cleaning staff were extremely LOUD & OBNOXIOUS right outside our door.Carrying on endless conversations ....no regard for the guest whatsoever.Very annoying! The only positive at this property was a very comfortable bed.

Only complaint i have is breakfast it is not so great its turkey sausage eggs are old over easy eggs and all is days old stays until eaten they wrap it up and pick it up only thing good is waffle but butter nasty very little milk out of oj and aj got the hotel for the contental breakfast but was old food

Room reeked of old smoke smell and the ac did not work well. Shower faucet would not stop running after use. Called the front desk and they said they would have to call maintenance the next day so we had to listen to it run all night and had to keep the exhaust fan bc of the humidity with the water running. Freeway noise was loud as well. We left the hotel the next day and when we returned to the room we found the shower in pieces and there was no note. Called the front desk and he did not know about it. He called back and said they were moving us to a new room. We had to pack everything and change rooms. There are no automatic doors into the hotel so you have to try and hold two sets of doors open while trying to get your luggage in and out. The Coke machine took my daughter’s money and would not give her money back. She went down to the front desk and told them and they said they don’t have any control over the machines but would take a note down that it stole her money. 100% would not stay at this hotel again.

Within walking distance of several restaurants. Close to the medical clinic we were going to. Easy access to the interstate.

All staff were extremely helpful and kind!

It was just ok. First night we went to use microwave and previous customer left food in it. We left dirty towels outside our door and housekeeping never left clean ones.i had to request them from service desk.

Place is a dump. I’m pretty easy going and I needed a room to watch a baseball tournament. For $100 it was fine but I found a new place for night 2

Staff are profesional. Manager Gino is really good.

Everything went smoothly, staff was friendly and informative.
