Great stay. Safe for 3 women. Breakfast was really good , loved multi waffle makers. Really liked they had luggage carts to use. Will stay here again.

The room was very clean, and the beds were big and comfy. We loved the walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Didn't like the parking. We arrived a little late and had to park far from our room.

For the price it was pretty good. The furnishings were a little beat up but it was clean. I would stay there again. Oh and they had oat milk at the continental breakfast. It’s such a small thing and so helpful.

The service at the hotel was non existent. We requested cleaning they never came. We had to go to the front desk for towels. There were lots of people hanging out in the hallways near the parking lot smoking and the lobby was alwys filled with ppl. Ppl banging on our door late at night. The walls are thin so we could hear ppl banging in the next room. There was no sugar at the awful breakfast buffet for our 3 night stay. The only good thing is the room when we checked in was clean and the water was hot!.

For an economical stay near the airport, this place is fine. It's not fancy. It's right by the freeway and so it's noisy. There's a daily charge for parking, which I didn't know about when I made the booking.

Great weekend place to stay last min. Mathew loved it… beds were comfy and clean room.. check in ladies very polite. Area around is actually nice and felt safe.

Was not totally bad. The usb plugs by bed did not work! You had to do everything from the bathroom it was the only plug in that worked. No plugs in bedroom worked. The bed was okay not the best but the price was right so you can’t have everything I guess!

Front desk staff was pleasant. The facility itself looked very run down even for a comfort in. The lobby needs a revamp. The inside of the rooms were decent but the exterior grounds could use a revamp. I don't think we'd stay there again.

The elevator makes a scary sound when closing and opening.

The staff on site and the room were great. The shuttle driver was AWFUL! He was a terrible driver or maybe he was just annoyed to be working at midnight but either way we were concerned for our safety several times. But the women at the front desk were fantastic.

Nice hotel, clean room and good bed. We were early and the manager checked us in.

This was adequate for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable and they had the usual choices for a free breakfast. The hotel was across the street from a railway and the noise from that penetrated the room periodically. It was also a good walk from any place to buy food and they only had soda vending machines.

Stayed for two nights when visiting San Francisco. The front desk staff is sweet. Complimentary breakfast includes regular items - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yoghurt, coffee/tea and juice. There are also bread that you can toast. Our room was nice and clean. The area is surrounded by freeway and roads. No people at night.

We arrived early & was provided with our room after a short wait. The elevator was a Godsend since we were on the 3rd floor. They provided an excellent free breakfast. The TV was already setup to utilize the digital optical audio receptor for my bluetooth that works with my hearing aids so I could hear the TV. They had very nice smoking areas with seating. The room was very large and clean. The location was very convenient to the airport & restaurants.

Nice place,clean,quiet,friendly staff,very good breakfast. Very convenient to travel to travel to downtown san francisco in less than 30 minutes via Caltrain across the hotel. The only bad thing i can mention is the no airport shuttle service but it will cost you about 25 dollars huber/lyft. I will stay there again.

Consider booking a room elsewhere. Despite appearing more budget-friendly than neighboring options, my experience was marred by unforeseen expenses. After prepaying for a three-day stay through Expedia, I was surprised to discover an additional charge of $125 labeled as "parking and fees," and to make matters worse, I was not provided with a receipt. The first night revealed a shower drainage issue, fortunately resolved promptly by sending someone with a bottle of drain cleaner and a rag. Uneven stairs with some looseness raised safety concerns. While exploring, I noticed potential structural damage to the building. Adding to the discomfort, the presence of questionable individuals on the premises left us feeling unsafe. In light of these issues, I strongly advise against choosing this location for your stay. On the first night, I encountered a drainage issue in the shower, which fortunately was addressed promptly after reporting it. The maintenance staff used a bottle of drain cleaner and a rag to fix the problem. Additionally, I noticed that the stairs were uneven, with some being loose. While exploring the premises, I observed what seemed like potential structural damage to the building. This experience has left me concerned about the overall quality and transparency of the accommodations.

Great handicapped room.

All of the staff was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. House keeping excellent. I would recommend. Keep in mind any day can be an off day, wherever you are. Your experience might not be like mind, but I hope it will be.
