Our room smelled like pee and bleach. There was a stink bug on the certain by the window waiting to greet me when I walked in. When sleeping the room was so dry my nose hurt.

Stayed at this s Ramada for one night on our travels south. Stayed in a spacious king bedroom and bathroom. Very nice room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate.Has an attached bar and grill. Had a. Very good grilled chicken salad for dinner on the day of arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy and front staff VERY nice. lots of parking and access to room convenient ... Room was clean and quiet. Only stayed two nights while visit our daughter who lives in the area

The hotel was very nice. My only disappointmet was the pool was closed and it was one of the reasons we booked it. Also they need to updated to USB plugs. The breafast all in all was good. There was a good variety. Only complaint was the breads were stale and the toaster didn't work. The rooms were comfortably. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We are traveling so only stayed 1 night. Convenient and clean, bed was comfortable and had a restaurant on site. Room was a little worn and dated but very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

We like to stay at the Ramada and have for the last 6 years, we love the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Restaurant closed early. Told fried food only, then told the entire kitchen closed. Mattress had seen better days. Half the channels on the tv would come in due to weak signal. Paper plates and bowls for breakfast. Tiny cups for juice. Looks like they’re having money problems and skimping on things.

This hotel lists itself as pet friendly but when you arrive they have posted on all doors NO PETS. After a drive to North Carolina from Ft Myers Fl that is not a pleasant surprise. I booked this in advance.

Very quiet and clean! Good breakfast options!!!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, hotel was quiet. Easy access to and from the highway. My room appeared to have been recently remodeled and was a great place to spend the evening. The hallways and ice machine are a could stand to be refreshed but overall as a place to spend the night it met all of my needs. If I was vacationing and spending multiple nights I might want more. I would definitely stay here again.

The property needs an update, Tub has big piece cracked off and rust. And it conditioner is very noisy. For a one night stay not the worst and not the best stay

It was decent. Not the safest location. A broken handle on a side entrance door, some visible damage in our room affected the score.

The staff was friendly. The floors in our room were extremely filthy and sticky. It also took a long time for the room to cool down. The beds were comfortable but the blankets were rough. The refrigerator worked great. The breakfast was basic however the staff was very polite.

Room was dirty, got bitten by something on my left arm. Saw a cockroach in the public washroom close to the breakfast area.

Need to be at Charlotte Douglas in the morning! And Ramada Statesvillle is the perfect place to spend the night before!

Everything was neat and clean, bur it was the little added features which told us that this was a hotel run by thoughtful and caring people. The little touches were an indication of the care the management took in running the hotel. The headboard on the bed had a night-light for individual reading, The bar had a Breatholyser right at the end of the bar. The swimming pool had a chair lift for handicapped people. We have never seen these features at any of the many hotels, domestic and foreign where we have stayed..Very impressive.

Great choice for night traveling through dog friendly

I booked through Expedia using the "near me" search criteria, while in Salisbury, NC. Once my booking was complete, with insurance, I hit the get directions button on the Expedia app, and Uh Oh this place was 40 miles away! I was trying to stay in Salisbury, NC or very nearby. 40 miles away is not nearby. I immediately opened Expedia chat and requested help to cancel this "refundable reservation". Expedia said it was too soon to do so, because it was still processing. I then called this hotel to let them know my mistake, they said they couldn't cancel or I'd lose my refund, and that Expedia must do that. After 5 attempts to get help from Expedia, they called this hotel (5 days later); and the hotel said they would not honor the refundable room policy connected to the reservation. Expedia said that since the room was 'never cancelled' - regardless of my attempts to do so - they could not refund me. It has taken me at least 6 hours to haggle and make a claim, which requires the room to have been cancelled to be processed - something that Ramada and Expedia both refused to do for me, in the immediate aftermath of realizing the booking was an error. False advertising of location & refund policy, by both Expedia and Ramada, have cost me $112 for no services rendered, plus 6 hours of aggravation which may or may not result in any refund from the claim I had to file. A very disappointing experience. Ramada is off the list of options for any future stays any location.

We liked the hotel overall but a few minor things we weren’t to happy about, first thing was the very small pillows on the bed, they were no bigger than throw pillows and the second thing was a large gap at the bottom of the door to the floor which let light and sound in from the outside hallway, other than those two items no issue with the stay

No elevator stairs only Advertised a bar. It was closed Limited staff apparently so don’t expect table to be cleaned.
