I checked in online - but got there around 10pm. The front desk didn’t welcome me or even smile- that’s ok I guess. Nothing was offered to me like bottles of water or a welcome gift ( it’s the holidays ). The room didn’t have a microwave but it had a mini kitchen. The shower has heavy glass doors that didn’t open easily. The temperature of the room wa shard to control either being too cold or too hot. And the TV on the wall is positioned between the living room and bed area but I wish I could have turned the monitor or adjusted it for better viewing.

A great stay at Hyatt Place Princeton! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well appointed, clean and decorated nicely. Great location on Rte 1 with shopping/restaurants nearby but set back enough from the highway that it was quiet. Only minor complaints are the computer system at the front desk seemed to take forever to check in and to buy concessions, and the eggs at breakfast are powdered and inedible. They can step up the food quality like a comparable Hampton Inn. Thanks for another great stay regardless.

It was a great stay. Sadie who was at the front was kind and attentive. Hesh was also wonderful. Will stay again when I am in the area.

Was very excited to bring our granddaughter there for a visit. The pool area looked beautiful. When we got there I was informed that the pool was closed. They said that it was closed for a long time and that they had informed you it was closed. You never change the description of the property and still had old photos showing the pool.
The staff were very helpful in trying to find us another hotel to stay at. One of the staff, a nice young woman with dark hair was on her phone locating beaches we could go to, none really close. She when above and beyond expectations in trying to help us. We did end up staying and had a good time over all.

Great place and space for the cost, especially in the Princeton area. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Best part is the staff--- shoutout to Chris! All are great however They are friendly and devoted and always have a smile!

Comfortable hotel, was clean to use, the front desk was really friendly. The mall nearby was a pleasant walk in the evening. The hotel gladly refunded a stay I had booked incorrectly - they were under no obligation to do so. They were extremely kind to do so and we will stay at this hotel if there was another time we came to Princeton.
Some feedback on the rooms: The doors (bathroom and main door) were difficult to open and close. We were in a room next to the elevator and I suspect it was tight. Once the sofa converted to a bed, there was no room to move around - positioning could be better. Exhaust in the bathroom could also be better. None of these was enough to make us reconsider.

Could have been good. But the room was musty. The carpet felt wet. The air was wet. Muggy. Damp. Musty. Hated to entering the room every time. Not sure why the inside of the hotel room was so bad. There has to be a way to control the humidity in the rooms!

Breakfast was good and parking was easy.
Staff was quick to call housekeeping because our toilet was clogged when we got there but otherwise no issue.

There is this musty smell in the rooms. All rooms have it. Especially in the first floor. Asked to change room and it was a bit better. Pricy for that hotel. Breakfast was decent and staff were good but rooms could be better.

Booked king bed but front desk gentleman gave us a double bed and argued that hotel is fully booked and was rude for asking for it.

The hotel was adequate but not cozy. We had to switch from the first room they gave us because the bed sheets on both beds were discolored or stained. The room they moved us to had clean sheets. The elevators squealed or whistled when used, but worked fine. There was no vending or ice on our floor. The hotel seemed dimly lit and had I been alone I would’ve felt uncomfortable. The pool was also dimly lit and looked dirty with scum buildup on the tile and the pool shower didn’t work so there was no way to rinse off before or after swimming. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of items.

There is now like a wet dog and there were stains on the carpet and the couch. The TV was very old and most of the features did not work. The bathtub was super slippery and my toddler fell multiple times. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Food was cold or hard and many things were just empty and not replenished
