they said it was a pillow kissing and stains but we did thee maids job for them everything was put in a thee cart outside so they didn’t have to clean thee room at all full of liars

Staff super unhelpful - booking was made by accident at 8PM for the same day - and 5 min later we tried to cancel, but apparently their cancelation policy says they can only cancel before 4PM - how can I cancel before 4PM if booking is made at 8PM??? They stick to their nonsense policy no matter what. Enjoy your well earned $100.

Clean room for what it was yet smelled like hotel cleaning supplies, all my stuff came home with that smell. Advertised a pool but it was closed and empty, bummed because it was part of why i choose to reserve. Easy check in, decent staff, basic breakfast, safe parking, easy acess to drive to town and freeway. Seems like staff care.

Affordable without being dirty or cutting corners is what I look for. Checkout at 11 is also great. An ice machine that works and a soda machine that accepts credit cards is also great, which they had. The shower was adequate and the tv had current technology, which was great. I always like going into my YouTube account To watch my stuff.

We had to wait quite a long time for the desk person to show up and check us in. No bell or anything to get their attention. Finally had to try getting into the bathroom where they must have hidden themselves.
Room was okay. I would like a more comfortable mattress and more pillows (at least 2 per person). Breakfast was okay, one sausage was too hard to bite the rest of the breakfast was okay.

The interiors are old but clean. The air conditioner was nice and cool. It's a great budget 2-star hotel in a small town. What stood out was their friendly staff. The two front-desk gentlemen Jay and Kenny plus the two cleaning ladies Ebi and Estrella were very friendly and helpful! I will definitely consider coming back when I'm in town again. :-)

The hotel has a great picture of its pool, it looked so inviting. Yet after you pay and then arrive you realize the pic was fake. There was no water in the pool. So beware if you are traveling with kids that love to swim, they will be very disappointed

IMO, management has spent very little effort, money or thought in maintaining this property. While it was clean, everything else was fairly shoddy. One BIG negative was the "free breakfast." It was skimpy, not tasty and unappealing - even the coffee was just average. We only used it the first morning and went out for (a paid) breakfast the other three days of our stay.
The bathroom electric outlet was out, so my wife had to dry and fix her hair from the bedroom, with no mirror. The toilet pedestal was broken, the towels were threadbare, and you had to be a contortionist to be able to reach the toilet paper holder.
All in all, this was one of the worst travel accommodations I have ever experienced. We left a day earlier than planned, in large part to not wanting to stay another day at this place.

The room and staff were great. The rooms were neat and clean however I was disappointed that their pool was shut down as that was one of the reasons I chose to stay here with our kids. It was in the mid 90’s and it would have been nice for them to be able to use the pool.

Room was clean and comfy , the real only issue is they advertise a pool (which is why we picked there) the POOL HAS NOT WORKED IN YEARS! So, false advertising as far as that goes and when it’s 105 and you have kids…not good

This property listed a pool among the amenities, but 2 minutes after checking in, I saw that the pool had no water in it. I requested a refund but the desk clerk told me I would have to talk to hotels.com. He was completely unapologetic. Hotels.com attempted to get the property to waive the nonrefundable booking due to the false advertising, but they refused and I was told they cannot override the hotel's decision.
I cannot give a review of the hotel at large because I left without ever visiting the room, but I do feel this was false advertising. I did not get what I paid for and ended up paying much more to book a last-minute room at a hotel that had a pool. Disappointed and frustrated.

Good stop on the way to Northern CA. Friendly staff, clean room, all good solid basic amenities. Very nice breakfast with both hot and cold offerings. Will definitely return when in the area.
