Internet never worked (signal was very poor and). Staff was rude and did not provided any solution. Fire alarm went on twice a night. Staff was clueless. Will never return to this place

The suites were nice. We had a full stove fridge amd dishwasher.

We had an amazing stay for our family Disney trip. It was clean and staff were awesome. The mattresses were a bit harder than mine at home but they slept okay.

Need room service

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for 3 people (husband and wife, and son) . The remodeled suite was very clean feeling. Definitely would stay there again

Great location close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Very clean hotel very safe with security and key Only access to get inside buildings.

I wasn't on the property most of the time, I was happy with what I saw. Not sure why you have to go outside to access the main desk but other than that, all was well.

Bad service

Family disney trip. Wanted a quiet and clean room to sleep after all day in park. This room exceeded my expectations. Washer and dryer in room was a great surprise with kids. Didnt use pool, but it looked maintained and clean. Highly recommend for families.

I loved everything about our stay. Hotel staff was amazing..the room was spacious for my family and clean..it was like a small apartment with 2 bedrooms. The hotel is beautiful..our room overlooked the lake...i will definitely stay here again...

What i suggest is getting better WiFi coverage. Currently the WiFi is spotty and disconnects often.

do yourself & your family a favor & PLEASE STAY ELSEWHERE! we came here for 6 nights to celebrate my daughter's birthday at the orlando theme parks & our stay here the worst part of the trip. dated furniture/TVs. cheap furnishes. toiletries are terrible for your skin & hair. dishes are dirty. spotty wifi. etc. there is no restaurant on site which forces you to either use uber eats or doordash if you are exhausted in the mornings or evenings after vacation nights. however, the front desk staff absolutely refuses to hold food delivery orders in their lobby so make sure you are glued to your phone to watch for delivery ETAs so you can meet your driver! otherwise you will be chastised by staff who give you "courtesy calls" to let you know your driver has arrived. since we stayed here for 6 nights, it would have been nice to receive at least one day of housekeeping, but no, despite our request, it was never done. in fact, they lied & said they didn't do it at all then changed their answer to "we do it on a case-by-case basis with 24 hours notice". i had an unpleasant encounter with their front desk lady & security over the aforementioned food delivery service issue so they called me to confirm we would be out of the room so they could clean. fair enough, so this was confirmed & they still didn't deliver on their promises. the beds weren't even made. they just threw a pile of clean towels on the counter. literally a week's worth for a big family & our check out is tomorrow.

Everything here was great we loved our stay from the minute checking . Everything we did while our stay was very close by pool was nice rooms were perfect 👌

I was expecting something better in terms of facilities. The staff was really good but property conditions are not great.

We had a GREAT experience at the Westgate Palace! The rooms were clean, arcade room was perfect, staff was accommodating and funny to converse with. Reasonable prices, will be returning and signing up with rewards!

Overall, it was a decent stay. I would suggest getting a lifeguard, too many unsupervised kids in the pool. I actually had to grab two girls so they wouldn't drown. I understand closing the pool, but closing off the sitting area by the water was disappointing. We should be able to go sit by the water, or walk that area instead of only having the parking lot. Someone came banging on our door at 12:30 am, the front desk sent security right away to handle it. Also, should consider offering at least a complimentary continental breakfast. Ohhh and make sure the ice makers in the freezers are on so there is ice available.

Great hotel in great location. Spacious rooms and good facilities.

Newly renovated. Room was immaculate. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and sink were nice additions.

I liked that it was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions. It is conveniently located. Will defenitly look to staying in the near future.
