VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had to wait for check-in. There weren't any available restrooms in the lobby. The kitchen sink faucet leaked, the shower was stained, there weren't any toiletries or hair dryer or remote for the TV. The bathroom door wasn't able to close or open properly. BUT, the bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty as soon as we walked in it smelled like mildew then we smelled the linens and the pillows and they smell like mildew.. The shower had mold around the tub.. Didn’t have ice machine . their vending machines charged any item for five dollars, which is ridiculous. this would be the worst hotel that I stood in and me and my wife, like to travel we never ever recommend them

We did not stay the night due to a lot of things like sofa bed not stable, no blanket or pillows, call front desk “not helpful at all” found someones dirty clothes under bathroom sink, room is dirty smells, had to find another hotel late at night called Expedia customer service they are no help as well as they do not want to give me a refund I am very disappointed with Extended stay and Expedia as they did a poor job in customer service will not be using them again.

This place was the absolute worst. Don't believe the positive reviews or the select photos they have. This place is so dirty. Literally mold growing in the shower everywhere. Like a lot of mold. Everything is broken or dirty. The towel hanger is falling off the wall. Carpets super dirty. Not safe. Homeless frequently are in the parking lot. We had one right by the side entrance appearing to be on drugs. The smell in here is disgusting too. Like must. There is a garbage room on the end of each hall that stinks bad. You have a fridge and stove but they give you no utensils or cooking items.

I just stayed here and the room I had was filthy. There looked to be a cigarette burn on the table, the wall in the bathroom had paint peeling indicating a water leak from the above room. The floor in the bathroom was also squishy and showed water damage. The room was very musty and smelled like it had previously been smoked it. Would not recommend this place.

It's the most terrible place I have ever been to! There was no staff at the check- in station until 5 to 7 minutes after arrival, and when she arrived, she didn't welcome us; not even a smile. The first day, there was a live roach that was pregnant on the small hair dryer on the wall (I have a photo to prove it), the carpet was filthy, the floor in the kitchen was sticky, no wash cloths and no hand towels anywhere, no handwashing soap and paper towel in the kitchen, and the A/C wall unit is 1 inch away from the bed. There were trash bags outside the housekeeping room next to the elevators -- very disgusting seen and smell like dirty diapers. Because of these, I was afraid to take any food from their breakfast room. I am saddened that Management allows these things to happen.

TERRIBLE! I booked and prepaid 2 rooms only 1 available upon my arrival! dirty, small room. nasty mold on bathroom floor, duck tape on shower bathtub, thermostat hanging off wall, tiny muffins and instant coffee for “continental breakfast” This place should not be this expensive. I will never extend my stay here again with this extended stay!!! Worst experience ever! I hated to have my son in this nasty room. Shame on you extended stay

Awful. Things in disrepair and not working - elevator, several outlets in kitchen. Basic things not available because hotel "didn't have enough" -- ie additional bedding, dishes, cookware etc. What is the point of having a kitchen if it is unusable? Overall didn't feel safe here either. Would have changed hotels, but since I was here for a conference and gone majority of the time I decided to tough it out.

Pretty good deal for the price and my room was really clean.

The hairdryer did not work due to the damaged(ripped off plug) room 324! The faucet was dripping water and I needed to put towel to stop the dripping noise. The fridge was extremely noisy to the point that I needed to turned off!

The room was good but, the receptionist need to put more, good ,happy mood. They answer rude, to our questions.

Hallway is very dark and has foul smell. Room is very old. Nees updating.

Had check in issues at the desk because they didn’t have my payment on file for whatever reason. Receptionist gave us keys that didn’t work. There was trash behind and under the sofa in the room. They don’t clean under sofa just around it. Most likely won’t return.

Stay was nothing to write home about. Very outdated and hallways had a lingering smell of pet urine and cigarette smoke. Our room was very dusty and dimly lit. There was only three lamps working out of 4 and the bathroom fan also did not work. Theres no ice machine at this hotel. the elevators are also very sketchy and sometimes take upwards of 2 minutes to let you out after it reaches desired floor. There is minimal channels on the tv with no options to sign in to secondary personal streaming platforms

Spacious and clean. I missed breakfast by 30 minutes due to over slept blaming the bed was very comfortable. Lol

I expected more, to being honest. When I get there the toilet was dirty, bathroom and bathtub as well. This never happened to me before.

I’m sure MOST people stay at hotels on the weekends, so if anything goes WRONG. Why would you NOT have MAINTENANCE available or on CALL. We checked in around 4pm, our room giving was on the 2nd floor which it reeked like dead animals & burn cooking oil. When we entered the room it felt HOT or warm. As most people would think that they just never turn the AC on. So we then turn it on and left. When we got back the room STILL feels HOT (80 degrees inside). We call the front desk which we were told NO MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE and to tough it out or deal with it until the morning and someone will come look at it. Sleeping through 80-90 degree is NOT comfortable. No ONE called or checked it in the morning. I called the front desk again, which the clerk said that someone will go when they can. Hour passed and NOTHING or NO-ONE came. I called again and the clerk said that someone will go when they are done cleaning rooms. I ask how long would that be and the stupid clerk reply “NOT SURE, I Don’t know how long it takes for them to clean rooms”. So our room with NO AC is not as important as to have clean rooms, got it. At that point we checked OUT. I assure you when reading these comments, the staff is NOT HELPFUL or UNDERSTANDING in any shape or form. I will just advise anyone who decides to stay at this hotel, check the AC before actually staying. As for the so call soon to be apology or automated “Apology Communication” HAVE MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE 24 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and DO BETTER.

Staff very friendly. I felt bad for them as there was a person that has been there a while and walks his very very old dog in and out through the front door. He also doesn't clean up after his old dog when the dog "goes potty" while walking in and out of the lobby.

The worst ever. The hallways smell bad. The bed sheets were filthy. I had to change my own sheets. The iron rusted amd messed up my mans shorts. There was a big rat right in parking lot leading up to the front door.

Loved our stay here. The receptionist was very friendly, personable and helpful.

The hotel and room were fine. Nothing really special and I was only there for a quick overnight stay. However. I intentionally filtered my search to include breakfast. This one said they had breakfast. Please. There was a tiny little table with coffee, hot water, 10 packets of oatmeal and 10 little packaged muffins. That's it. No eggs, no fruit, no fresh bread, meats, or ANYthing else. THAT ISN'T BREAKFAST!! Please stop calling it breakfast. It is "continental breakfast" at best. Call it a coffee stand for crap's sake.

Smelly and carpets were dirty/spotty. Pet friendly at it's worst. We were at the end of the hall on erd floor and used the stairwell, which was overwhelming with pet odor - like that was where all the pet owners took their animals to pee. Seriously, who does that? Disgusting! No fault to the hotel for that. I guess people are just lazy and disrespectful. There was air freshener dispensers but only masked the odor a little bit.

Worst hotel my husband and I have EVER stayed in. The first room we were given the carpet was filthy and full of large stains and it smelled awful. Our next room had no carpet but the vinyl floor was sticky and dirty. Walls and cupboards were dirty. Bathroom shower drain was rusty and the grout was dirty. Dogs barked off and on all day. Large clumps of dog hair all over. This hotel should never be listed on Hotels.com. No shampoo or conditioner, no coffee pot. Don't even consider this hotel.
