Check in was NOT good, but once we git past that, it was fine. Breakfast was actually quite good.

I’m going to start with what I didn’t like… long story short, our room reeked of dog pee. We checked into our room, put our stuff in the room and promptly left for dinner. When we returned… I had taken my shoes off and when I stepped in front of the refrigerator I thought maybe the refrigerator was leaking as I felt a wet spot with my bare feet.I touched the spot and yes, I smelled the spot and determined it was indeed dog pee. I went down to the front desk and told them what I had discovered and was told there were no other rooms available. Was also told a note would be left for the manager to contact me. Nobody contacted me so I went to the front desk on Saturday and was told the same thing, manager would contact me. Sunday, still no contact from manager. Was gone most of the day or I sat in the common area of the hotel to avoid being in my stinky room as I was starting to get a headache from the smell. Checked out Monday morning and nothing from manager still. I was staying at this hotel along with other parents/players what were in town for a basketball tournament and I will never stay at this hotel again and the other basketball parents will most likely never stay again as well.The hotel is pet friendly but they literally collected the fee for having pets stay in a room and didn’t clean the room for the next guest. I feel like I should have at the least received a comped room, but got nothing.

Check in was excellent, very friendly staff, room was very nice. Very comfortable rooms. The WiFi was the fastest WiFi I’ve ever had in a hotel and they don’t nickel and dime you to get good speeds, it just works great. The one reason I can’t give it 5 stars is very unhappy about the vegetarian sausage patty at the breakfast it was disgusting.

The property is very pretty. BUT because I'm disabled the bathroom was not suitable. I would rather have a walk in shower but instead i got a tub. That isn't right. The toilet was to low and its water level was to low. The sink bowl was good. The bed was great.

Clean, good Services, Parking, breakfast and staff are excellent , I highly recommend this Hotrl😊

The state was nice. I was disappointed that they don’t have rooms that are designated as non-pet rooms for people that have allergies. I’m finding that more and more that makes me very sad. I didn’t utilize the breakfast. I however, did go down and get a cup of coffee every day I didn’t use any of the facilities. We were too busy sightseeing.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr Anthony at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable and personable. However, the room I had was next to the breakfast kitchen and was so loud beginning at 5:30 am and continued all morning. Breakfast was plentiful but not enough healthy options. Otherwise, my stay was good

I went in person to pay the full price for my room and the next day they charge me $150.00 for deposit , now its been 3 days after and still not have received my deposit.

Front end staff was awesome!

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious for our family of 6 and we enjoyed the Dove brand toiletries. The pool was much smaller than pictures and the spa was luke warm at best. Felt like bath water that was getting cold. The jets didn’t work most of the time either but the kids still enjoyed playing in it.

Someone was sleeping in the excercise room, i don't think it was a hotel paying customer.

I accidentally booked the wrong date and immediately tried to rectify it but expedia (who sucks) wouldn't make it right. My family will never use them again.

Really nice place to stay, newly renovated and great staff. Breakfast is very solid, usual waffle, eggs, bacon etc. and has nice juices, granola bars. Felt very safe and location is very close to freeway access.

Awesome stay, the breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again.

Not happy with my stay at all !! Paid over $400 for a room with a hottub just for it to be dirty and stained so we couldn’t enjoy that !! Highly do not recommend this place

This was a great hotel for our travels. The staff were great and we really liked the room.

Front desk wonderful. Room large and seemed renovated in past few years. Very nice bed and bathroom. Free breakfast very good. Many hot choices. Woman was servicing breakfast area continually so it was very well stocked and fresh and clean

Key cards stopped worling and had to look for staff to reactivate. Staff was missing at the frint desk A LOT. I didnt like that the pool and gym were only open from 9 am to 9 pm. For most people having to wait until 9 am to go to the gym doesnt wirk for any plans you have for the day. The pool should be classified as a large hot tub without heat it was so small. The place is great id you just need to sleep after long days but thats about it. The included breakfast was a bit limited on healthy options and catered to spanish ethnicity with burritos being served for breakfast.

The hotel is fairly new or refurbished so the rooms appear new and comfortable. The design of the hotel is well thought out. The location is excellent since it's near the freeway and a BART station that's within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The staff was pretty friendly.

Excellent excellent breakfast!!!! Good room and easy parking, but can’t check in 1 min earlier!! The only reason I might look elsewhere. Was willing to pay extra so I could chill my food In room fridge.

The gentleman who checked us in was very professional and kind. The breakfast and environment was great! The location was close to many places to eat. It was quiet and we rally enjoyed our staycation there. Thanks!!
