Nice place

The bed was comfortable. The room wasn’t the clearest and it seems really bad. Very musty and a bit like old smoke.

It was a pleasant stay

The rooms are fine but the hallways are a bit dirty.

The hotel appears to be under renovations but I will never stay there again. Trash bags and open trash cans in the hallway.

I was disappointed that the hotel lobby was being renovated and it was not listed beforehand. The rooms all needed to be refurbished. The staff was very accommodating but it was a very disappointing experience especially for a Wyndham. The evening staff put us in a room that was very small and noisy. Got no sleep. I wanted to leave the next day but the morning staff lady was so nice and moved us to a larger room and did not understand why we were put in a handicap room in the first place. I will not go to a Microtel again.

Over all it was ok. I only stayed one night. Rooms/bathroom could be updated.

Hotel recently had water damage in lobby. Room was clean, bathroom recently upgraded. Breakfast was to go but a bagel, sunny D, yogurt and muffin was fine. Coffee was terrible. Guess this is why it was $152 for a Sat night.

Its supposed to be under construction but NO construction workers onsite..the rooms are just simply bad all 360, missing flooring, bathroom door broken, hallway carpet is wrinkle badly to a tripping hazard point, reception area in bad condition, NO air conditioning, no Drywall, No ceiling tile, Etc.

Well the room we get the AC not working well then at the time of breakfast was cold food nothing hot the toasters was broken, at the room only was 2 pillows i request for another and never get the pillows.

Linen was dingy; carpet was filthy; area was dirty and dusty. Room walls were dirty and bathroom smelled like bad body odor. Very noisy throughout the hallways and and could here conversations through wall and floors

Easy access to the airport. Cost is reasonable v

I think there were new owners or staff. Did not feel the same as before.

There was lots of noise in the hallway. This made it difficult to rest. Check-in was easy and the staff at the front desk was kind and helpful.

Literally, I went in and just slept, then got up and left. The bed was super comfy. The hotel definitely could use an update but it was clean and comfortable! Thanks!

Needed updating

No iron available. I was told that the hotel was booked and they could not provide me with an iron. I asked if they could grab one from a room that was not occupied yet so I could use for 30 mins and was told they were booked. No ice in the building.

Great bed and pillows. Staff accommodating when we asked for more pillows.

It was convenient for where we were visiting family. Only bad thing is free breakfast is included but its already boxed up. Yogurt,bagel,muffin,juice. Not good for a diabetic. Wish they would've had some eggs,bacon or sausage. Other than that,everything was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Online it states they have baby cribs. Called to double check before arriving… they do not. Fine. I brought my own. 30 mins after checking out, I realize I left my baby’s breastmilk that I spent all weekend pumping and my ice packs in the mini fridge. I go back and the front desk person makes me a key and tells me to check. Breastmilk and ice are not there. I see housekeeping right at the next room so it looks like they literally just finished cleaning the room I was in. I don’t even get the words “hello good morning” out of my mouth before housekeeping says “Font desk. Go complain” like a robot. I mean she won’t even let me tell her what I’m even looking for. Whenever I opened my mouth, “Front desk. Go complain.” So I go back to the front desk and have to beg him to ask housekeeping. He comes back and says whatever you leave it’s trash. Unless it’s medicine. My response? It is medicine. It’s my baby’s breastmilk. And I ice I needed to store the milk I pump on the road. It’s not their fault I forgot the breastmilk. However, they had my contact information. They could have human d clench and common courtesy to give me a call. They literally took food out of my baby’s mouth. I’m disgusted. I overlooked the bleak lobby, the fact that there was no breakfast cause I wouldn’t have ate it anyway, the musty smell in the hallway and the fact that I hear people complaining all weekend because I know you get what you pay for. But it wouldn’t have costed them a thing to be human

Very small room, and my bed was a full size when i booked queen. The gentleman at the front desk was argumentative when i complained about it.

A modestly priced clean hotel near BWI.

Smell old carpet

The first room smelled like mildew as soon as you walk in. I was able to get another room with no problem however in this room the towels had stains on them, the hair dryer was so old and filled with so much dirt and lint that it almost caught fire. The closet door handle was broken, the ironing board cover was so dirty i wouldnt even dare to put my clothes on the board to iron them. The room looked like it hasnt been vaccuumed in months. The staff were very friendly, but i would never come back to this hotel again and i would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Wyndham should be ashamed to have this hotel affiliated with them.

Carpet was disgusting, stain marks all over the place, construction was in progress; hence, we couldnt sleep due to the excessive noise. The entire motel smell laundry soap. For late check-out, there was an additional fee.

This property needs updating. The free breakfast was a boxed up breakfast, and there were none left when we got there. The shower was dirty. Shower drain piece didn't work. Ice machine didn’t work. Smelled like marijuana.

This property was first and over priced.

Free breakfast was amazing. Some people were making noise around us through the walls.

Terrible service. No transportation from airport even though i requested it in my reservation. Room phones didnt work. No continental breakfast just breakfast in a box. Not one piece of equipment in gum worked. The worst hotel ive ever stayed at!!
