Reserved two rooms. One room had dirty underwear near the bed and a pee stain

Work related stay. Safe and easy to park a small truck. Dining options not good, you have to drive to get food.

When checking in, I was wondering why the front desk made a call asking if the room I reserved had been cleaned, I didn't think nothing of it, I got to the room, it looked nothing like advertised, the toilet was dirty like someone just took a dump and flushed it, there was poop marks in the toilet to start with, the cobwebs and spider webs on the windows didn't make it feel any cleaner, nothing matched in the room, it was supposed to be a Jacuzzi suite, it had a Jacuzzi,but same thing, dirty and moldy,looks like it wasn't cleaned in a year, 2 different remotes to watch TV, that was so frustrating trying to figure out what remote turned the TV up or down, from the time walking into the hotel, it stunk, the lobby stunk, the elevator stunk, the hallways stunk and our room just stunk, sorry I would definitely stay away, I thought I was getting a great last minute deal taking my girlfriend out, we tried to stay out as long as possible so we didn't have to go back haha, we werw thinking about staying in the car, which reminds me, we couldn't do that because of all the street working women that were making, what seemed to be a very good living haha, we probably wouldve gotten pimped out if caught outside too long. If you like it real dirty stay here, you can find a date anytime of the day, it'll cost you $10, if not, don't be fooled by the nice photos online, it's a joke

HOTEL IS RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. HAD ANTS IN OUR ROOM. WHEN TELLING THE FRONT DESK, SHE SAID THEY WERE WORKING ON IT. WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN. OVER PRICED FOR A RUN DOWN HOTEL.

If it wasn’t for the customer service it would be a one. Customer service alone is a 4. But outside of that property is run down. Security latch on my room door was gone. Tv didn’t work half the time and the groute for the tile in my room was replace with mold

Absolutely horrible! Run as far away from this place as you can! Definitely not safe, clean or anything good.

When we went there was a semi truck blocking majority of the front parking. There were suspicious characters hanging around and doing dr*gs as well. We went in and walked out. Decided to take a loss and stay somewhere else.

Yikes, this place needs some work. The staff was friendly and that was the only positive. When I booked I was not informed off the pet fee and had to pay an extra $60 we weren’t expecting. The room was filthy, ants everywhere and our TV didn’t work. Outside was SCARY. Homeless and drug addicts everywhere. We had to enter the building after a concert, so it was dark out, and I was petrified when men started walking up to me. Garbage outside everywhere. It was cheap but the pictures definitely are misleading.

Nice, simple place to stay. Clean room. Comfortable bed. The only thing that would have made my stay nicer is a better spread of breakfast items. The selection was very limited and not of great quality. All good was generic in nature with poor coffee

I liked it was pet friendly. It was easy to get to. But it needs to be updated. I did not like that it was not put on web site, that there is a deposit required, and a pet fee . Need to know before reaching the counter.

The staff here are very nice. And the rates are very reasonable. Sauna was a nice surprise, just need to turn it on and wait a bit before using it. Rooms are clean.

Rats everywhere!!!!!! Day and night. What ever you don’t eat any thing on this property!!!!!!I had 3 rooms reserved for myself and employees. We walked into the lobby and this is the worst hotel/motel lobby I’ve ever seen. Completely filthy. Then you walk to the room and it smells like smoke and mold. On a positive note two of the three rooms were clean enough to sleep in. The third room was a complete biological hazard!!!!! It stunk so bad and had some nasty spots on the sofa. When we pulled out the sofa I was horrified the sheets were dirty and the mattress had blood and stains over half of it. The front desk employee did switch our room and went to the other room to see what we were talking about. He was also shocked! No coffee in the morning before 6am and honestly I would not have touched any kind of food or drink that was stored in or around that property due to all the rats. I don’t think I have ever seen that many rats anywhere they were like ants just running around everywhere.

way below average. Room is clean and beds are relatively new. The couch in the room was filthy. Toilet is rundown, and stained. Checked in around 7:00 PM, was told type of room I had asked for / reserved (accessible) not available. Room number 223. Did not take photos.

Nasty and rude place

The day we checked in someone was shot by the police outside on the property. There were about 20 police surrounding the area with the guy handcuffed, covered in dirt and rolling around in pain. There were homeless people/ drug addicts on the property. One guy was tweaked out of his mind rolling a motorized standing scooter through the halls. At about midnight someone went out of the emergency exit, setting off the alarm inside the building. It woke us up, and after all of that we asked for a refund. The hotel wouldn’t refund us unless we left right then. Having 2 kids with us who were sleeping, and not having another place to go after midnight, we couldn’t just up and leave. The next morning when we went down to get breakfast at 8:50am, and everything was put away. We were never told when breakfast ended, but most places end Continental breakfast at 10am. We were very displeased, didn’t feel safe, and will never stay here again. The only plus were the people who checked us in. They were very nice and pleasant.

The staff is always so friendly and willing to help in any way that they can. The property is always taken care of and the Towels they use are amazing. I have stayed here for over 17 years and never had any issues or concerns.

The staff spoke limited english. The sign for the pool is two years out of date according to staff. Lighting fixtures didn't work. A soda from a vending machine costs $5. If you put down a deposit they will charge the full cost of your room on top of it and you won't get your deposit back for 5 business days or more. Everything needs to be replaced or upgraded. Maximum 2 star hotel.

I am very sorry for the conditions of the room, dirty floor and the room and walls full of ants. They kindly changed our room, but it was the same situation and even worse, since the toilet is dirty (2)

The area felt unsafe. A lot of people doing drugs out in the open. I actually left and got another hotel a few days into my stay

Very nice staff

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The hallways, room, and lobby were dirty, with broken bottles, dirt, and garbage strewn throughout. The elevator had two broken handles in it. The room appeared clean, but the floor was sticky and two pieces of furniture were broken. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. They had instant oatmeal packets, warm milk and juice, old coffee, and stale bread. The one highlight, the waffle maker, did not have syrup. It was so bad we only had a waffle the first morning, and bought breakfast elsewhere the second morning. Finally, although we stayed for two nights, room service did not come at all, so we had unmade beds and mountain of dirty towels in the bathroom.

Homeless are around

Indoor pool was a plus. Near downtown and freeway connections. It would be good to have a bigger refrigerator.

Will not come back.

Around midnight my guess left to the store and he smelled fentanyl in the halls that’s not okay he had an bad headache after being exposed

Drug dealing and homeless people in and out the property. They had dogs swim in the pool, disgusting. Marijuana smell all night.. first floor smelled like cigarettes . Front desk guy forgot his keys at home for the laundry room to get towels for the pool. Bed sheets looked like they are from the 80s. Always bring my own. :) I believe the owners get something out of the drug dealing that they don’t do anything about it. Saw one of the workers selling clothes to a hooker.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes, and the pool had zero towels available. Once in our room the tv wouldn’t work and an employee told us the manager would come try to fix it in a couple minutes. After 45 minutes it turns out the man I saw just sitting at the front desk was the manager and after me bugging him again he finally switched us into a new room with a working tv. Breakfast was abysmal. Broken glass had been swept into a corner but not cleaned up. There were no coffee cups, and only one sad waffle maker and one communal Costco sized peanut butter jar that was mostly empty. It was filthy. Our room also had ant traps hidden behind everything, but visible ants everywhere

The first staff membwe was very politw and helf ful the next morning at check out the staff menber did not speak much english so she did not understand we needed a receipt. The room has terrible curtains. As soon as the sun is up the entire room is glowing making it very hard to sleep past 5am. Our room was clean but the hallways were full of bags of laundry and garbage.
