Fantastic service. Nothing was too much for the staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The staff were friendly, but the room was incredibly dirty. There was chewing gum on the TOP of the bedside table - that's right! Which was totally gross. And there was random sweetcorn all over the carpet (which was not at all clean anyway). The bathroom was cleaner but needed a really good scrub because it was covered in thick grime under the sink and all over the floor. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact I paid for such a terrible room.

Enjoyed my stay here and it was lovely to meet people from other countries too. The staff were super helpful and professionally friendly. Great location near to the O2 Arena, travel links and a large car park!

Check-in was easy and receptionist was friendly and informative. Overall room was clean and fresh. Beds comfy and I slept well. Chose the hotel for location to the O2 Arena. Just a short 10min walk from hotel to O2 which was perfect. Car parking at hotel was expensive but plenty of spaces available. Breakfast was disappointing, service to be seated was slow and limited options available. Food was good, just not all hot food was available. No juice left and no clean cups for coffee/tea. This may be that they were running food down towards the end of service. If going for breakfast, would suggest going earlier maybe? Overall stay was satisfactory, would stay again 😊

Great location for O2 and Greenwich Great breakfast. Expensive for a budget hotel but I’m assuming they put prices up when a gig is on and rooms are in demand

We had an avent at the O2 and the Hotel was the perfect distance and a lovely walk back. Most definitely recommend when there was a huge queue for public transport! We also had food at a nearby pub which was on the way to the O2 called The Pilot it was very good and reasonably priced.

We thought it was uncomfortably cold in the bar area/breakfast area due to the air con. It was impossible to escape the cold draught as there are several air con units distributed across the ceiling.

Air con wasn’t working in the room. Stayed a night and then was moved to air con room the second night

When we reached the hotel, our room was not ready ........ but the staff managed to arrange everything in time..... It was a good stay....... The room was clean n breakfast had lots of options to choose from...... friendly staff...... it was an amazing experience

The staff were great and the quality was what I expected from a Holiday Inn. I only gave it 4 stars as I never managed to get a drinkable coffee at breakfast despite trying 5 times and talking to staff twice. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station but there is a bus across the road that's pretty easy and a taxi was around £10

Very tired room. Windows so dirty couldn’t see out. AC unit had exposed wiring and constantly dripping water. 2 teabags only.

Really disappointed with this hotel at £250 per night we were expecting some sort of quality but it was not evident at the holiday inn. Checking in was nice and simple but on entering our room we found a basic room that was not cleaned to a good standard, dirt/dust seen around the window and in the bathroom, the air conditioning was so noisy we had to turn it off, the power socket on the right of the bed was not working, just one tea bag for two guests the tv remote was hanging apart and the whole room felt like it needed a refresh. Then came breakfast! Watery scrambled eggs, sausages with no taste and hash browns that were soggy yet greasy. Just a massive disappointment

Great location for the o2, which was our reason for choosing it. About a 15 minute walk. Window didn’t close properly or seal and the main road outside is noisy. Fire alarm went at 5:30am both nights apparently due to kitchen fault, no real apology made, and disrupted our stay and sleep. Staff didn’t answer phone at reception so had to go to reception. Lifts ok but quite slow. Breakfast was good and seemingly plenty of staff refilling the buffet.

Comfortable stay, so convenient to walk to O2 and the river.

Reliable hotel after being let down by a private host. Nice and close to the O2 arena.

Great place to stay, plenty of parking spaces and it would be 5*, but very disappointing that there were no on site EV Chargers.

My friend and I stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly and welcoming staff, nice sized rooms and good amenities. The beds were comfortable and we found the breakfast had a good selection on offer every morning.

We had a very warm welcome on reception and we were able to get in our room early. It’s a good location to explore the Greenwich peninsula and we loved arriving by Uber Boat.

Hotel rooms comfortable size. Air conditioning not working. Reception staff seemed to have a stock response of "an engineer will be fixing this but we can provide fans". Was not fixed or any engineer visit during our stay. One of lifts not working. Again no sign of anyone being called to fix this. Would have expected better on both accounts based on cost of stay. Breakfast was ok, baps to make express breakfast were stale though. Reception and bar staff very polite.

Great hotel, great experience. Very friendly in the reception! The only down side was that the a/c didn’t work properly.

Staff were great. Room was cramped, but ok. Breakfast was good with enough options. Elevators had some issues. Good location to get to the tube.
