Don’t recommend this hotel. Needs renovation. There’s absolutely no business center. Gym is small, pictures are misleading.

Really nice hotel with a good breakfast. Only downside was the AC, i stayed in room 614 and the AC was going on/off/on/off ever time with a bang. Beside that a really nice hotel located also right next door to shopping mall.

Excellent service, great staff, amenities were not 100% available. Pool is not open due to renovation. Great gym, very clean common areas. Excellent location.

My main issue was with the Air conditioning system which is very noisy and significantly effects sleeping conditions.

If your purpose is a business trip, do not book this hotel as there is absolutely no area to comfortably work in and the internet does not work here at all. This caused me difficulties and issues with my business travel. An overall, very frustrating experience. Must say though, that the staff was great and always with a smile.

I booked this hotel as it's positioned as a business hotel. Unfortunately, the wifi connection is very poor in the hotel - and in the room it's impossible to work. The work space/station is very limited and placed infant of the hotel reception so it's impossible to work there as well.

Bad air-conditioning provides too much discomfort. Lot noise from the AC unit and lack of adequate temperature.

location is great; room is spacious; double TV with a lot of Channels.

Staff is great. Location is very good. My AC wasn’t working and it felt like 34o C in my room. They need to repair their AC urgently. Maintenance had to come and fix the AC for 2 days in a row in my room.

Location excellent, staff helpful and breakfast very good. AC very noisy, recommend to be replaces with more updated equipment.

Efficient, but rather soulless hotel in a convenient location

Hotel is in good location and is decent. It seems to me it's a bit over priced for the facilities it has. It is bit outdated.

The location is great, next to a shopping mall offering many different eating options, close to one ofSão Paulo's busiest business neighbourhoods. The staff provides great service, breakfast is varied and of good quality. The only issue is the central air conditioning, which is far too noisy! We had to turn it off during the night, or else we could not sleep. We complained at reception and they moved us to another room, which was slightly better, but still a problem. Staff told us that they are gradually installing better insulation to resolve the noise problem, but not all rooms have it. Other than this, our stay was fine.

On the pictures the hotel looks like a nice hotel, but when I check in, I saw nesty things...the sheets from the bed was dirty, the safe was broken. When i order room service, they took 1h and 45 min to delivery the food and the food came different from the order. the "orange juice tasty nasty and the fish "filet" had a lot of bonds. The sun wakes you up in the morning even with all curtains closed. The food tasty is bad and the presentation look terrible.

This hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment so maybe it is a little unfair to say negative things. On the plus side it is in an excellent location close to shopping malls and also very central to a lot of business areas. The staff were really helpful and friendly. On the downside my room decor was pretty tired, very noisy airconditioning, and it had a funny layout which ended up sort of watching the television from around the corner. The rooms themselves were reasonably quiet otherwise. It did have free wifi which worked fine and also an included breakfast which was perfectly adequate. The restaurant was open for Breakfast lunch and dinner and was OK but not great. There are so many places close by that you can eat at though it is not an issue. I had a look in one of the refurbished rooms and it was very nice, so if I go back I will definitely ask for an upgraded room.

This is a good hotel in the Faria Lima area, Breakfast is nice with large variety of fresh fruits and cold meats. Hot food is basic but fine. Has Nice indoor 25m Pool, that is good for exercising. could do with more pool maintenance. Gym is small and some of the machines need maintenance but overall pretty OK
