Nothing special with the room. Just a hotel room like all the others.

Hotel is located 40 meters from train station. Once you exited Arlanda Express, you can see it. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Lobby was cosy. However, it was a maze when finding our room. The room was adequate. Clean but not luxurious. Not spacious but nether too small. Room cleaning was daily which is commendable. Free breakfast with wide variety.

Breakfast was nice with lot of options, disappointed there was only filter coffee tho.
Room was very small for the price and on our arrival we did not find any shower gel in the room , we arrived late and tired so we did not want to go down to reception.
Towels were not changed and at 14 pm when we came back to hotel to rest a bit our parents room was not done so we had to wait in the hall downstairs.
Honestly a nice location and hotel and but have more attention to small details .

Great location to central station, easy walk to new and old town. Our room was spacious, wonderful to have comfortable chairs to sit in. Good breakfast. Pleasant helpful staff.

Everything is really ok, the only things that could be better is placing the safety box so you don’t have to crawl on th floor to use it

The hotel is in a good location. Near the central train station. Just around the corner to the metro and local trains. Walking distance to sights, shopping and restaurants. The largest breakfast spread that I have encountered with good food. Dedicated staff. I was leaving my room and the door squeaked as I opened it. A staff member who was walking by heard that and immediately took care of the squeak. Now that is great customer service.

Always been please with Hotel C but this room, extremly small, no Windows, and boken ventilation was not a good exoerince

Breakfast was fantastic! Locatoin for public transportation was great! The Icebar was a fun experience. However, the Bathroom Tub is high. The Glass half door for shower does not keep water from going on floor. Water pressure was good. The mattress topping moved easily. We were unable to get heat in our room, but they offered us a space heater. Minor issues. I would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Stockholm Central Station. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The ‘ICE BAR’ was attached and attractive.

When I checked in, I felt a kind of harrasmment by a young receptionist. As for othet staff members, they are nice. It might have been a question of her personality.
I was allocated a room without window. If you want to book the cheapest toom, I recommend to confirm your room type.
I saw a lot of stains in the towels which provided on the first day.

It was very nice. Traveled with my mother. Had ssked for street view and had been told I’d get that. When we arrived the room was tiny and not street view. Staff at the bar did not bother to serve us when we had checked out. Apart for this the stay was good and locarion very good.

The hotel just right outside the main train station, so very convenience for us to go to the next destination (if you are going by train). The Ice Bar is fun too, make sure make a reservation for that.

The location was great for us. We could walk to see Gamla Stan and to find shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Great stay, literally next to the train station and a 5 minute walk. Unless your taking the express train to the airport, then that is literally right across the street. Great staff and breakfast was excellent.

The room was quiet small but the hotel makes up for it in so many ways, the location was amazing with access to the Arlanda express, metro, commuter trail and the central train station.
You also find so many restaurants, bars, shopping and stores all within walking distance.
overall the room was super clean, breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly

The hotel has a very good location right in the center of Stockholm and extremely close to public transport and shopping. The staff were professional and very friendly.

We needed a hotel close to the main station and this certainly delivered. Spacious rooms with enough chairs to sit and play games in the evenings, a brilliant breakfast buffet and a well-stocked bar added to the appeal.
