This is a great option for being in Downtown Greenville without breaking your wallet! Very clean hotel, comfortable room, and the staff was very friendly and service was great.

Barbara greeted us with a smile and the best service of any other hotel I’ve stayed in! Such a professional & friendly staff including housekeeping! Our room was spotless, the pool clean, the breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the cookies in the evening! You could walk everywhere too! I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Barbara (and staff) for making our stay so memorable!

Great location for staying in downtown Greenville - right on Main Street so you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, Falls Park and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Love the layout of the room- benches for suitcases and plenty of room for multiple people to move around. Refrigerator is nice size and microwave in the room is a bonus. Bathroom has plenty of counter space for 2 ladies and LOVE that they use refillable pumps for hand soap and lotion. Beds are very comfortable and hotel was nice and quiet.
Only cons were that there is no fan in the bathroom and our room had a bit of funky smell to it. Our cleaning lady sprayed some freshening spray but it didn’t completely get rid of the smell (most notable when entering the room but then you sort of got used to it and was OK)

Check-in was easy, front desk staff was very friendly. Great location proximity to the Bon Secours Wellness area for an event we were attending. Also very walkable and convenient to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Greenville. The hotel was pretty cool, great location in the downtown area and the staff was really nice. The complimentary breakfast is comparable to most hotels, hotel is well taken care being it’s an older hotel. The rooms are very spacious bathrooms were clean but if I could change one thing it would be the mattress on the bed. It was pretty hard for our liking. But overall it was good for a weekend getaway.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Reedy Falls. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Many restaurants, bars, stores nearby.

Expedia advertised about the hotel including a pool and laundry services. The pool was green and closed off to the guests and laundry services were not offered in the hotel. They offered laundry services at a sister hotel up the block. How inconvenient! In addition, the elevator wasn’t in use for several days. I wouldn’t be booking this hotel in the future.

Location was great with easy walk to Main Street and falls on the reedy. Only disappointment was the pool was closed however they made accommodations to use the Hilton pool across the street.

The bed was okay, the free breakfast was adequate, but could have been better. It’s free though, so if you don’t like it, there’s a ton of places walking distance to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest problem was that we stayed on the first floor, which I think was partially a basement. The room smelled a little moldy and it was extremely damp. My clothes that we left out during the day in the room all became damp, the bed sheets and pillow were cold and damp. Even the towels in the bathroom when we arrived were all damp. We left the towels hanging and they never dried. Everything in the room was damp. It was so damp that our hair got frizzy overnight when we slept. I do not recommend staying on the first floor. I don’t know about the other floors, perhaps they may be less damp.

At check in they were having some computer issues but the Staff was super nice about it and very apologetic. She was very polite considering the stress she was feeling. The hotel is located in a prime spot. Rooms were clean and well stocked.

The stay was pretty gd and the location isn’t bad either. Everything was really gd until 2 hrs b4 checkout there was a inch to inch 1/2 roach/bettle that I had to kill and it was at that point it was time to go!

The desk clerk was exceptional both before our stay to answer questions and during our stay. I thought she was just gibing us great service because our friend is a regular guest of Holiday inn. However i sat drinking my coffee this morning and watched her onteract with each guest as they left

I would highly recommend this hotel for short or long term stays. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. Very very clean and fresh smelling. Stay was over the top welcoming, professional, kind and helpful. For a hotel in the city, atmosphere was very personable. Can’t say enough about this hotel.

The front desk personnel, Barbara, was excellent!! She was able to supply everything we asked for immediately, (Coffee pods, Tylenol, directions) and has the best attitude and personality. Great stay!

We had a nice spacious room. The staff were very friendly and always spoke as we passed by, telling us to have a great day, or enjoy ourselves in the city. It was a great location to walk around the downtown area.
