I love this hotel, everyone is great. The front desk is very kind. The rooms are clean and house keeping is available whenever you need it.

The guy working the front desk didn't want to rent me a room even after I booked it on line through hotels com because he didn't like the look of my identification card and I was still charged $98.96 for the room and never made it passed the front desk and can't get the money refunded

The property was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. There was no free breakfast, the bedding was nasty and the overall property was dirty. I stayed here due to I was forced to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. I actually checked out a day early and returned to Tampa

Paid for my room walked in saw it walked out refund smh not for me

Toilet seat had not been cleaned there’s was visible marks of the person before me. The shower had what it look like a small handful of raw rice and rodents inside. Tired to freshen up using the sink soap was good in plastic everything was partially used. Wouldn’t recommend pay the extra 20-40 to go somewhere else even if it’s for 6 hrs like I did. At minimum the bathroom should be presentable.

The building is in very poor condition, and the room was nasty. The rug was truly disgusting, and so were the doors and walls. I had to kill several roaches! The only things clean were the sheets and microwave. There was no USB connection anywhere. The room entry card did not work. I had to walk to the office to have it corrected. When I went to find the pool, the pool walls had a green tinge and the pool was full of leaves and dead bugs. However, the staff was friendly and courteous.

There was a huge cockroach on the floor just outside the bathroom. The walls around the shower were falling apart and in need of repair. The hair dryer didnt work. We asked for a partial refund for the condition of the room, the roach, and the hair dryer not working, but conveniently the owners were not around and could not be reached....

The bed is old. The head of the bed was so noisy every time when I turned around and changed position. The lady receptionists were no smiles during the conversations. There was no breakfast at all! The worst thing was that the bugs were all over the tub the next morning which was so scared and disgusting! This was the worst experience I have ever had!

This place is a dump, we will never stay here again. We were booked and paid for 2 nights non-refundable and we left early morning after one night. Not enough room here to write down all the issues at this hotel. Super 8’s have been very disappointing compared to the pictures on their websites.

I booked this room for my husband for a business trip. He sent me the attached photos and I can't believe a hotel would even put people in a room this disgusting! I can't believe we paid $120 for a room that looks like it should be condemned! Shame on you Super 8! We will never, ever book a Super 8 for his business travel again!

The administration workers are rude and the cleaning is zero. They do not change the sheets of the previous guest and the room is full of cockroaches.

Carpeted floors were pretty dirty, walked barefoot and it didn't take long for my feet to get dirty, almost black. Holes in walls, just looked like a dive. Mattress, you could feel the springs. Slept well regardless. Had enough plugs to charge devices, so that was fine. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Breakfast is just coffee (taste like water, not coffee) and a cup cake. But you have a lot of breakfast options nearby.
The place is clean, safe, plenty of parking and everything in the room is working properly. Nothing fancy, but functionable properly.
Their price is the best in town, and I have been staying at this place for 3 years.
