Very good hotel situated in the city center with very friendly staff. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in France

Everything was perfect except towels which are very cheap quality like 1 star hotel. Management should change to a better quality conform to 3 stars hotel.

If you want to charge your electric car, if you want to inform the hotel about that an hour before arrival, and if you still want to find out that the whole parking lot is "full" according to a completely unhelpful lady at the reception, this 1970s hotel is one for you. Also highly recommendable for lovers of a heating device in the room that makes loud noises throughout the night. Fans of awkward, old and not really attractive hotel rooms will also find a lot to discuss and laugh about in this place.

The hotel is very old. Parking site is horrible; dark and you won’t feel safe. Very narrow for car to go through. 15 euros for one night. I booked there for the EV car charging but all charging station were full. The hotel elevator is old. You can see through the door when it goes up. The building is old. I don’t understand how can they charge so high price for this kind condition

The standard double room was very small, not even able to open our luggage properly. We have to crossover the luggage once we opened it fully if we wanted to get to the other side of the bed. The heater was not working during our two-night stay. Even the towel rack has no heat too. This hotel is most likely 2.5 stars, not even reached a 3-star hotel standard yet. The price tells it matched the standard. No hanger or wardrobe in our room, not match to the picture shown. Don't have a hanger to hang our coat and clothes. The good thing about this hotel is the location, it's near the supermarket and Place de Jaude. Easy to find nice restaurants nearby. The receptionists were friendly and helpful to recommend us to the local dining venues. And there are plenty of public parking slots outside the hotel which is 7 pm to next day 9 am free parking.

Very good location

Our stay was good overall. However, I was charged for the room at checkout and only discovered later that I had already paid when I booked originally. This is a serious error and I am now trying to get a refund which is a hassle.

1 day stay here this time but have stayed here before for 3 nights.3 star hotel close to Jaude the main shopping mall.Close to Gare Routiere which is the coach station.Free wifi was ok.Breakfast was 11 euro for Contintental breakfast but did not partake.Had room with air-con,hair dryer included with tea/coffee making kettle.Like the bed with 2 types on pillow depending on your taste;Hard or soft.Have already booked for my next stay here.Better value than their Prestige which is closeby

Good position close to Jaude for shopping and for me close to coach station.Close to a few supermarkets too.Only shower no bathtub. Only liquid soap.There was a kettle with coffee sachets and tea bags with small uht milk but no mini fridge in my room.My room faced the road so was some noise especially weekend when drunken people made lots of noise.During my stay the hotel front was being renovated so had to enter via the car park drive.Continental breakfast was 11 euros which was onn the first floor with toilets for people who wanted to use.The bed was 2 beds together with 2 types of pillow.The was heating plus air conditioning too which Les Laurendes did not have. I booked to stay here next month for just 1 night.There a few electrical plugs so no problems.Wifi worked ok for email.Lighting was not that good.Needed to switch the 2 bed side lights and study table lights on with 1 ceiling light on.There was a smoke detector in room.The refurbishment caused the fire alarm to come on.I went downstairs just in case if it was a real fire.

Conveniently located. Free street parking at the weekend and from 7pm - 9am. we had a comfortable stay. No complaints!

We were in CF for a conference, and this was one of the recommended hotels. It was fine---rooms a bit spartan, but very close to the tram and to the Place Jaude with restaurants etc. We were on the first floor looking onto the parking lot, so were a bit worried about having the window open at night, but it was okay.There is only one very small lift for the hotel, so it can be very slow.

Nice modern hotel located just outside the city center. Large comfortable room. Good facilities, wifi works really well. Staff are friendly and efficient. lots of places to eat and drink nearby (try Ness, Irish bar across the road from the hotel. good atmosphere and good food).

Really enjoyed our three night stay at the hotel. Room was large and comfortable, wifi worked really well, staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel is well located, only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Only had breakfast there on our last day, it was your typical French fare - meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, coffee and tea, good variety of items available. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is in a great location. The hotel is a bit dated. Rooms are a good size and could be updated easily. Tea and coffee facilities in the room is a nice extra in France. The hotel was fine for our two night stay and would definitely stay again

very conveniently situated for enjoying the centre of Clermont Ferrand; comfort and service up to usual Kyriad standards

Excellent location for centre of town and access to tram stop. Big comfortable bed but bathroom, especially shower, small and dated. Small balcony overlooking front of hotel but not noisy, and with view of surrounding hills. Bedroom would have benefitted from a comfortable armchair rather than the austere wooden dining chair provided. Secure parking at the hotel. Good breakfast.
