Very clean and comfortable. The walls are a little thin since we could hear the ladies talking in the next room. No bathroom fan. The room was dimly lit. However, the room was spacious and neat.

We stayed here as part of our cross-country trip and it is a wonderful little hotel. Our room had a balcony and nice views of the Las Vegas strip. It is in a nice part of town that is pretty safe and conveniently located to good restaurants.

The shower didn't drain and the knob to turn the shower on was slightly broken. The bed was uncomfortable. The people were very friendly the staff was great the breakfast was good I would stay again at this hotel.

A great jumping off point for exploring Zion and Bryce Canyons.

The location was nice but there seemed to be things broken down. The hot tub, items at breakfast…we generally stay at a different hotel and thought we would try something different. Probably won’t try it again. Consistency is great and the other place we stay is always consistent. A family member recommended trying it. Not our best decision for our trip.

The property was nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only problem for us was when a family with three small kids were put in the room directly above us and they started running around making a lot of noise. The noise lasted until at least 10:30 PM at which point I called the front desk. The front desk apparently took care of the matter quickly because I did not hear anymore noise the rest of the night. I was grateful that they handled it so quickly.

The property itself was decent for a Best Western and the staff was GREAT. However, the "complementary" breakfast was the worst food I've seen served in public since i was in middle school in the 1970s. It was barely edible, and one hard boiled egg was so undercooked and had a bloody embryo.

It was close enough to Uber anyplace we wanted to go, but far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of easy parking and the surrounding businesses were clean and quiet.

Rooms are perfect for families trying to stay away from the chaos of staying by the strip with kids but still close enough to drive there. We came with group of families for a soccer tournament and enjoyed the free breakfast and the pool. We also got to sightsee during the day since we were close enough to do so. Overall it was a great experience.

My stay was absolutely stellar! When I checked in the gal (Rita) greeted me, and helped get me checked in. I went up to my room and then received a text message from Rita asking how I was doing and if everything was as I needed. I explained that I couldnt figure out how to turn on the microwave or fridge - and after she checked, it was determined that they were broken. So she immediately switched me to a different room (which turned out to be a whole suite!!!!) without any issues and with a smile at all times. Everyone was so nice and so welcoming - and the rooms (both of them) were so nice!! For the price I sure wasnt expecting anything that wonderful!! Additionally there was plenty of parking and the hotel was easy to get to. Its right down the street from tons of fast food restaurants and grocery stores so its really convenient AND its only about 15 min to the airport!!

The property was good, front desk people a little casual but friendly. Breakfast included but NO WATER OPTION for drinking available. only juices and coffee. had to go to front desk to ask why and the agency at front desk suggested I go down the hall to the water fountain or to the gym where there was a bottled water dispenser and when I asked WHAT?!, she than gave a bottled water. I've never been to a place where breakfast was included and water was not an option for drinking.

Room and bed comfy. Bathroom could use a facelift. Tub shower combo should be upgraded to walk-in shower. There were only 2 sets of towels in the bathroom. Wish I would’ve asked for more, but we survived.

Bed was comfortable - that was the good part.
Negatives: window curtains too short to block out light at night. Shower curtains too short to prevent water from splashing all over floor. Only 2 of 3 lightbulbs worked in bath. Breakfast: all “hot” food was mostly cool. Would not eat it as result. Very disappointed for $145

We thoroughly enjoyed our Mommy-vacay at this hotel!!! Rita was an amazing hostess! She greeted us with a big smile and made check in simple and smooth. She got us signed up for the rewards program so next girls trip, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Rita! You are a beautiful spirit - we appreciate you!!!

We always stay here when in town. Not sure where they bought their pillows, but they are horrible! Stayed 2 nights and barely slept. Family members in other rooms also complained and didn't sleep. Get new pillows!!!

The room was 160$ for one night, and I think a motel would have been nicer. The sheets felt like paper towels, there was hair on my pillow that wasn’t mine. Someone above me was shuffling all night long and the air conditioner was out. Breakfast doesn’t start till 7 so if you have to check out earlier they claim you get a few options.. you don’t. Super disappointed in the quality i’d definitely skip on this hotel in the future. The one plus is Henderson area has lots to eat/do for convenience if you’d prefer not being on the strip.
