Okay, there was a bed, no roaches, and the location was great. So if hard pressed and I needed a place to sleep I could do this again. BUT 1) The elevator didn’t work on day one. It was fixed on day two but smelled like burning rubber…so stairs. 2) We went out to the hot tub and realized that the water was cold. The timer turned but didn’t seem to activate the spa. After a few minutes of trying the receptionist came out and told us a) the pool is closed (there was no sign indicating this…it was 2pm) and b) “That’s not a hot tub. It’s a miniature pool.” 😂 She was NOT MAKING A JOKE. I wish I had that moment on film. 3) minor perhaps but the coffee is so so so bad. Just bring your own coffee grounds if that sort of thing matters.

Friendly staff and great place to stay if you have a dog with you. Low pet fee. But the cost of the hotel ($210/night) was way over priced for the level of hotel.

I know this seems petty but there were no tissues in my room. I stopped by the desk to ask for some and even told the desk clerk that I was bringing my on they still didn’t put any in the room. I told the next clerk the next day and still nothing. They could have at least communicated with me that they had no intention of providing them.

Fast and friendly check in, clean and large room, great water pressure, nice breakfast, and felt very safe. I think the price was a bit high but I think it was also a busy weekend in town so might normally be a bit more budget-minded. Lobby was fun and decorated and the pool looked pretty and clean. Convenient to several venues and walkable to restaurants.

This hotel is great! The lady at the front desk was very helpful - even helping us wheel our luggage to our room. (My husband and I were both using walkers,) Also, I really appreciated all the handrails in the bathroom. The shower/tub had rails on all 3 sides, at two levels, as well as a vertical grip to get in and out with. The room was quiet and we had a wonderful and relaxed stay. Will definitely make this our place to stsy whenever we are in the area!

Generally a good value but many things were broken. The fold out sofa was broken, the air-conditioner was broken, the hot-tub was broken. Nevertheless, breakfast was good and our stay went well.

The day shift worker was a terrible woman. I was never told that I need to toss my dirty towels out into the hallway to get more. Which first off is disgusting. She refused to give me anymore towels even after I tossed my dirty ones on the hallway floor. She said I only get as many towels as dirty ones on the hallway floor. She refused to give extra towels to a military man, and was extremely rude to him. It was terrible to watch. I’m half tempted to call the hotel and place a formal complaint.

The was a distinct smell when entering our room but it may have been the sanitizer after cleaning. The smell did not disturb us once we settled in the room. Room facilities are operational and in good condition. Toilet could’ve used some service for constant running water but no big issue. Water pressure is good in shower.
Bed is nice, neat spacious and EXTREMELY comfortable.
Pool area is nice and pool water quality is commendable. The hot spa was a favorite. Wonderful view of the natural hill country landscape.
The only issues with my experience are as follows:
-No appropriate place to eat food in the room. It was a task for 2 people to enjoy a meal comfortably in the room.
-There was a chicken bone on the carpet outside our room. Hallways could’ve used a sprucing up
-Updated flooring would take this hotel up another level

Location was great for activities we were looking to do there, but the property was less than desirable. Staff wass super friendly, don't get me wrong. Breakfast was extremely limited. Floor always seemed dirty in the lobby and hallways. Even had dog pee for 2 straight days. Our room, the shades had spots and stains all over them, really gross. The a/c unit in the room was extremely noisey, hard to sleep. Overall, just not very good experience.

The Beds were the only things clean in room they were also comfortable.
I did not like that the room was dirty and so was hotel.
Desk in room had drink stains I had to clean, shower curtain and shower had black mold, Floors throughout Hotel were very dirty everyday looking untouched we stayed 4 days. Elevator was all dirty walls to floor. They did not keep extra toilet paper in Restroom. We had to go down to ask for another then was given very thin paper that did not last ran out in the night.

The hotel is very average. The room was neat and clean, but my husband saw a couple of small bugs in the bathroom. The elevator and hallways were dirty. The breakfast was okay. The front desk staff was nice.

Overall the hotel it was good for the price. clean, friendly staff and good room. However, breakfast, we went at 8:50 and basically it was empty. We asked and the excuse was: they ran out of eggs. Really???
Management is supposed to plan and be prepared for these vacations/holidays days.

Disappointed in several things. We paid extra for a kit room with a pullout bed. Not only did the hideabed not work, the inter frame was so broken, it was useless as a couch, our son got barely any sleep. The window shade was broken, so we couldn’t open it at all, there was no Kleenex in the room, the breakfast was very limited, took over a minute to get pancake mix from the dispenser. Just very disappointed after paying extra for the upgraded room.

Close to multiple restaurants and local attractions. Hotel is older, but not run down. Staff are very friendly. Excellent place to stay with children.

Staff was amazing. Room was excellent. Pool was warm but to be expected with temps in high 90s low 100s. Front desk lady gave us suggestions on places to eat and things to do. 10 out 10 definitely gonna go there again.

Great price, dirty hotel. Seems they left all the responsibilities to the front desk lady. Hotel was unkept, pool has only been filled but not cleaned. My husband scraped some filth the last time we came and the markings are still visible….We used to love the breakfast now it’s inedible.

I could feel the efforts being made to keep costs down in order to keep accommodation costs down. All the staff were pleasant. It was nice to have plenty of towels by the pool.

Room had a musty smell that hits you when you walk in but unfortunately you get used to. Obviously was a smoking room at one point. Carpet needs to be replaced and had stain. Noticed some rooms on the first floor had tile instead, hopefully they are in the process of replacing all carpet. Water had an odd smell and water pressure not great. Was not absolutely terrible but not the best hotel ever. Breakfast was eh. Pool was okay, kids loved it.

Hotel was okay. Really poor breakfast. Installations were good but the front desk lady was really rude. She looked annoyed when we arrived. We arrived 20 minutes prior our check-in and her welcoming greeting was: well, your check-in is until 3:00 so maybe your room is not ready. We understand that but she could use a different tone.
Later that day I asked for more towels since they left 4 and we are 5 people in our family, she told me that I need to return the used ones in order for her to give me more. Also, towels were poor quality. I asked for linens for the sofa-bed and she seemed annoyed again. She made us feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome there. Pool was okay.
Front desk guy at check-out was more polite towards us.
