the embassy suites in Louisville had exceptional staff. everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful but very hard to find things and get around. Signs not very visible, especially where elevators are. These things need to be marked clearly or you wonder forever looking for things.

Great experience from start to finish. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel is beautiful! Our room was super clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and I can not express just how quiet it was. We never heard a sound from the hall or surrounding rooms. Breakfast was delicious too.

Good hotel in a good location downtown especially if going to 4th St. Live and other attractions downtown. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour are awesome. Some of the rooms are starting to show wear and tear and could use a remodel and maybe once monthly deep cleaning - nothing too horrible, just things starting to age. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff was attentive.

Great spacious rooms, my husband is disabled and his scooter fit in the room, breakfast was delicious, pool was clean. Beds are comfortable. Here on a bourbon trip and was close to a lot!

The hotel itself was nice and clean, however some of the staff was rude/ swearing in front of guests. Walking up to check in I heard the two women swearing (which isn’t very professional). Another thing was one of the cooks for breakfast that we had two days in a row was beyond rude and short with us. Also at the evening reception, the lady serving drinks turned around and ignored me while she was playing on her phone.

The hotel is modern and in a centralized location for business travelers like myself. 10 minutes from the airport! The staff was attentive, check in and check out were quick and efficient, they had aroma therapy wafting through the main lobby area, the room service meals were huge and delicious, the breakfast was included and had a big tasty variety, the gym was compact but had all the necessary goods including free water bottles and towels, the central air worked perfectly in my suite,and I was placed in a quiet area as I requested. My only complaint was that I requested an extra chair twice and it was never brought. As an aside, I also never ventured out of the hotel because I spotted homeless people and panhandlers right outside my window. Not the hotels fault but just didn’t need to feel uncomfortable so I stayed indoors. Would highly recommend this hotel overall.

Our room and the lobby was beautiful. I didn’t love that the hotel was attached to a CVS and had many people sitting on the street around the entrance.

The hotel was noisy and overcrowded. The staff was not able to accommodate the amount of guests. The dining areas were crowded and could not handle the amount of guests. Very over priced for the average rooms and constant long waits for anything.

Hotel was sooooo nice. Very beautiful in rooms. Breakfast was amazing. The only thing that sucked about the stay was . The drug use and homeless people was hanging outside at the entrance of hotel . Smelled like piss and trash was all over the place, it actually looked like they live out front. It’s a shame we let this happen. the day we left . I looked back at the beautiful hotel and historic place. And all I see is an over run street full of people that do drugs and beg for money For there habits . Don’t get me wrong, I help out the homeless all the time , I live in New York City,

Great place to stay

First the homeless people outside of the hotel harassing people. They seemed to be casing the vehicles. They would walk around each car that pulled in then go back to standing next to the entrance to the hotel. I was advised by a subject staying at the hotel that his vehicle along with 17 other vehicles were broke into the night before where my vehicle was going to be parked. I was advised by staff the neighborhood was very rough. I did not feel safe at all at this location. I asked the valet where my vehicle was parked I was advised in a lot a 1/4 mile away. Where the cars were broke into. I did not even stay the night and checked back out. I could not speak to a manager, I was told they were on break. I was advised they would call me. Never received a call and when I called to speak with manager, I could never get to a member of management. This is so unprofessional. I came here to enjoy the Louisville, Ky. area for a mini vacation. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will not return.

As many know there was a major network outage a few days ago. Unfortunately when I went to check in I walked into a line that was barely moving. We weren’t greeted..actually the staff member said get your confirmation number and card we have to go manual. If you don’t want to wait just go somewhere else.. honestly I just didn’t want to invest time in searching for a back up hotel as this was a quick over night trip. We had no keys to the room and had to stand in line to ask front desk to escort us to our room..EVERYTIME 🙄. The bed was pretty comfortable but the shower pressure could use some work. My kids were excited to swim in the indoor pool but unfortunately it was dirty so we just watched moves. A lot of homeless in the area so be mindful Parking is sketchy so I chose valet and hoped for the best. Overall a decent stay. Maybe a bad moment

Property is in a good location but area has not been kept well. Room was not clean. Housekeeping never showed up to address food on the floor that was reported 4 times. Restaurants very limited on Sunday night with no staffing.

Staff was great! Our room felt dirty and furniture was very worn out and ripped. Pool looked dirty. Overall not terrible for the price

The check in time took so long. Check in is 3 pm and the room was ready after 1.5 hours. The place is good though. Buffet breakfast is good

It was really nice staying at this hotel, only 2 disappointments, it was supposed to have parking included, but it does not, it felt a little unsecured as there were homeless people around, even one in almost the front of the hotel was spitting and cursing to us.

Thew property was nice, spacious, and the staff was helpful. My room was a bit of a hike to and from the elevators, but that is understandable. If ever back in Louisville I will gladly stay at this hotel.

Hotel was great. Car in valet parking lot and was vandalized. Almost 6k in damages and hotel nor valet took responsibility.

The Embassy Suites was a beautiful property with a great breakfast. The room was comfortable but somewhat confusing to get to once on the floor. The way the halls are configured and the same busy wallpaper everywhere it was confusing figuring out which hall to be in and get around.
