Good location, close to the city centre. Comfortable beds, but dirty pots and sheets and the non smoking room smelt of smoke

We booked a non-smoking room. It smelled of stale cigarettes smoke. No-one was available on arrival, reception closed and no one answering the contact numbers listed. Not what we expected.

Good place good location and clean

Hotel had small rooms with basic features. Location is in commercial / industrial area near the cemetery and the railway station. Laundry facilities are available but instructions are only in French. Car parking is free in the street in front, if you can find a spot. We had no problems but had to walk about 100m to hotel. City and restaurants about 15 - 20 minute walk away. Hotel was quiet and reasonably clean. Ok for 1 or 2 night stay, but no longer.

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Clean room, location is near to the town center and main sites, and parking was simple. On the downside, the office was closed on the weekends and there was no prior communication on how to access the unit.

Dirty and the sofa bed was broken and minuscule. Dirty towels with make up stains lady behind.

Nice room

The apartment was nice and compact the area and parking was safe and good. Only downside was the wifi was useless don't believe it was actually working .

However, it's cheap, the bedrooms are modern and clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and it's within easy walking distance of the city centre. There is free on-street parking (limited number of spaces), or an underground garage for a small extra fee. Breakfast is simple but adequate. There are no other facilities, such as a lounge, bar, etc. But if you just want a clean place for the night, it does that job well. Note that the reception closes at 6:30pm, so if you're going to arrive after that time, you need to phone ahead.

The hotel was going through a significant re-fit but that didn't affect our stay. The location is excellent close to Champagne houses. It's a apartment hotel without reception so you are a little on your own at weekends. Instructions on entry were really clear, so no problems. It was a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Reims and restaurants/bars a plenty

Although the room was spacious, it was all minimal and worthless quality. The faucet was leaking causing a puddle in the bathroom, when youve taken a shower the whole floor is wet because the water leaks out of the shower on the sides. The television doesnt even have channels programmed on it...and you cant install the channels yourself. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpfull. I wonder if things will improve when we return soon again on our way back home.

Tidy apartment 7/10 mins walk from town centre. 1 min walk from Mumm cellars! and 3 min walk to Cazenove cellars. rooms ok without being fantastic, but clean.

A pleasant enough place, quiet and easy to find. The manager was very helpful but the decor in the rooms is definitely tired and there is no staff available on bank holidays.

There was no light in the toilet; no staff at all over the weekend, which can be a real problem in that situation (we used the table lamp as a makeshift light); but otherwise, its ok.
