Great location just minutes from the main strip and beach. Apartment was spacious and clean. Nice pool area.

We stayed in the Rosamar for 4 weeks would recommend.

Great stay, far enough from the noise but close enough to restaurants and bars. Pool great! Nice touch of a bottle of water in fridge on arrival. Keyless entry easy to use. Would stay again!

Recently renovated, so apartment was in great condition. Very central. Beside a spar shop. However, during our stay we had no hot water. Had to resort to boiling kettles to wash. They promised compensation, this happened in December and here we are nearly the end of February and still nothing. Unlikely to return or recommend

Stayed with family other the new year period, lovely apartments so peaceful, lovely pool area but the pool is cold, would definitely book to stay again

The apartment was a good sized 1 bedroom with good sized front room/kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The receptionists were very welcoming and our room was ready when we arrived at 12pm. The overall cleanliness was 100% in the apartment and around the complex. The was a spar supermarket 2mins walk away with 3 local bars also 2mins walk. The main Puerto del Carmen strip was only 4mins walk away with lots and lots of bars and restaurants. All round we had a great holiday at Rosamar Puerto del Carmen.

We wasn’t informed that there were maintenance work taking place for the whole week of our stay. The pool area was cordoned off at different sections each day & restricted walking around the pool with workmen drilling & hammering from 8am every day. We wasn’t informed that the bar area had also been closed down as this was open last year.

Stayed at these apartments last year was lovely nice rooms so booked again this year same again apartment lovely and clean excellent location but having work done (new paving) around the rooms and around the pool area very noisy with digging and banging areas taped up looking like a building site that you cannot use. upset because no email to say this was happening all week

The property has been renovated since last time we stayed. Whilst it mite not be 5 star accommodation, it is clean, modern and bright, it is adequate for the needs of most people. The location is good.

2nd stay at the Rosamar. Great service, excellent location. Staff are very friendly. Apartment well maintained. Will definately return in the future.

Not first time at this complex. Rooms have been refurbished nicely. Great location. Staff friendly and welcoming as ever. Shame they have closed the snack bar. Pool and terrace well maintained.

Due to a change in flight arrangements we spent a few nights here enroute to Playa Blanca. The apartment was spotless and adequate and also in good location for many restaurants

Highly recommend you visit. Good location Quiet. Preference would be top floor room so no floor noise

Great apartment in good location. An extra towel rail would be useful in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on.

The 2 bed apartment was very spacious and modern and clean. Excellent location.

We have stayed in these apartments every year for the past 11 yrs, they are basic, spotlessly clean close to everything, quiet at night, would highly recommend

The pool bar is gone and given no information about the amenities upon arrival like laundry room courtesy room fans etc. The pool is very cold. However the room was perfect staff friendly and in a perfect location

Great value for money, had everything you need for self catering. Very close to bars, restaurants, shops. 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Pool was nice. Would stay again.

I was previously at these apartments last year and they were excellent. This year I felt the pool was not as clean as it should be. There was no place for snacks/food as this had shut. Tried to get a late check out and the staff was not as helpful as in the previous year. Dont know if I would go back again.

Had a 10 night stay here , it’s an absolutely perfect base in a prime position in PDC , beds are very comfortable , showers excellent, pool great , for value for money it’s superb. Rooms cleaned regularly on day of check out given use of lovely courtesy room before we left at 7pm ...We will definitely return , thank you Rosamar !

When we arrived at the apartments, we had a very efficient check in and were given keys and WiFi. Upon entering the apartment we were very pleased, it has been done up to a high standard and are quite modern apartments. Cooking equiptment is limited (1 sauce pan and 1 frying pan) but this didn’t affect us as we didn’t cook back at the apartment. we stayed in room 111 and the balcony was beautiful we had sun from sunrise until sun set. The apartments were very clean and towels were changed when we needed them to be. Unfortunately the beds weren’t very comfortable and we really didn’t sleep very well, but we didn’t notify reception, if we had of I’m sure they would have done something for us. The pool was very clean and sun beds available later in the day, the pool isn’t heated so for Jan/Feb time it was very cold but not an issue as didn’t go in it a great deal. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here in the summer months due to the lack of air conditioning which is a shame. Overall we were pleased at our stay at the Rosamar and we would return during the winter months.
