The room had no a/c all weekend it was terribly hot. Room was dirty and didn’t receive any upgrades or 15 dollar beverage and food credit and got charged for two beers and one soda

I loved this hotel. Only downfall is that the ac is a in room unit, that doesn’t cool enough. The warm water was available late at night and not so much in the morning. The staff was helpful and the rooftop was cool. I’d stay again since the location was in the middle is everything.

Every time I go to Mexican city, this is where im staying. The food is amazing. The staff is awesome and its the only place i ate at where i didn't get sick. Everything was perfect. The only thing i had an issue with is the balcony. Its not a real balcony where you and another person can sit and enjoy some sun together. Its literally a small gate .it shouldn't be advertised as a balcony because it's deceiving. Other than that, this place gets a 10/10.

No AC in the room. Is too much money charged for a room without AC 😤.

Ok. The room we were in was average, bottom floor, beside the delivery space, no hot water, no air.

We were assigned a room called Corregidora. It was the only room on the main floor behind the elevator next to a garbage cabinet and storage cabinet, directly below the restaurant. We didn't go 2 minutes without hearing dishes clanging or buckets of empty bottles being dumped into the closet just outside our door. Our room was never quiet. Our room was HOT! We asked if there was air conditioning and the employee who let us into our room pointed at a fan. It had a frio setting so I believed it would cool the room. It did not, it was not an air conditioner only a fan. We opened our only window, which was toward the plaza. There was a backpack hanging on the metal bars, phones and beverages sitting on our window seal. Immediately the people selling at the market, who were directly outside our window, turned to veer into our room. We could not have this window open, there were tons of people within feet of the open window, displaying our entire room. They were not shy to look directly in at me. No window to open, no air conditioner. Our room was HOT beyond belief. LOUD and HOT. After 3 nights at Domingo Santo, we will not stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful but their tv wasn’t working and the hot water went out plus the drain in the standing shower kept getting clogged and over filled.

A lot of the staff could speak some English or get help. They were very patient when communicating. Breakfast is a nice sit down and be served meal, but starts at 9am. At check in we were told that we could have a complimentary drink at the upstairs bar in the evening, but our waiter didn't seem to understand or know about this so we dropped it. The rooms were wonderful and able to be dark at night. The evening bands on the rooftop were fun to attend and stoped playing at a reasonable time when you needed a quieter room. I'd recommend for someone wanting a nice room in historic district.

Highly recommend! The staff are amazing, the location is great and the rooms are large and clean. The super friendly, helpful (and patient with me trying bad Spanish before speaking English) left a lasting impression on me. I recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city.

SO LOUD at night it’s ridiculous! The restaurant blasts music until midnight and then an hour of cleanup after with paper thin walls. How this is a 4-star hotel is beyond me. Believe me, stay anywhere else but here in centro!

The included breakfast is at 9AM. Way too noisy, noise is all from the rooftop bar. Coffee pods are never replaced. Cant even get coffee at the restaurant till 9 AM. Trash bags are never replaced. I would not stay here again. There are many others at the historic center

Restaurant was not available for private event every nights. Hotel was surrounded by loud music and party noise until midnight.

Cute & clean, but very disorganized.

The property itself, and the rooms are very boutique and quaint. We were in love when we first walked in and saw the property. Our problems were with the extremely loud bands that were playing each night. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. They would have a live band that was so loud we could not sleep until midnight. Then a DJ would follow that until about 1:30. In addition to that, we didn’t have hot or even warm water for three out of the 6 days we stayed there. Upon complaint about the water, we were just told that it would be taken care of, which it was not, and nobody ever followed up with us until we went down to complain again. When we asked to change rooms due to the noise and the water situation, the response was,”somebody should have emailed you about the noise”. No response to the water situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, they went to speak with her, she looked our way, and gave us a dirty look, and just jumped in the elevator, and we never spoke with her. It’s unfortunate as this is an amazing property with a great rooftop facility. Very close to many dining options. And lots of shopping. Due to the customer service, no hot water, and the noise, I would not recommend anybody staying here.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. However, on the weekends, there is a live band that plays every evening until midnight. The noise is deafening even from the lobby. there were also random noises outside my door very early in the morning. I would not stay there again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional and made our stay very welcoming. The surrounding area is beautiful, historic, and a great glimpse into the city’s culture. The facilities are great and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend!

This place is run by people who have no idea what they are doing. Most of the staff is not friendly to tourists. No one can speak English at this hotel to support tourist needs except Sarah at the front desk and Emmanuel at the restaurant. They don’t care about the guests, as they have loud music everyday from 7pm to midnight. So don’t expect to sleep before midnight. Their breakfast has a fixed menu and you will be eating just the same thing everyday made to order. They are very adamant and are not flexible to guests. The only English word waiters say is ‘TIP please’. The only reason to stay at this hotel is it’s central location. Nothing else - An easy avoid

Great people, and the events were awesome 👌👍 The room was ok, to hot and no AC, the little coolers doesn’t work for the high temps.

Our room didn’t have A/C the temperature was over 100 f . The property was nice and clean . Breakfast was Continental food is limited .

Santo Domingo was such a great stay. Just a few steps from el Zocalo and all the action. Lots of shops and restaurants.

It was very small, but very beautiful. The customer service was outstanding minus a few little mishaps, but overall amazing.

Last day we went to take a free breakfast, the server doesn’t do a good job, we was waiting long time to get our breakfast plate, we was the first and they attended the other clients, we spend like 20 Minutes so we decide to go to another place ☺️ thappen

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The only thing i would recommend is consider buying a fan at the local market. The room runs a little hot even with the AC on.
