nothing bad to say about the property

The room is not bad, it has everything but not ideal for a long stay as it is not cozy and a bit far from the center. Our room doesn't have the sea view as we expected. It was ok because it was for just one night.

The location is very good, right near the seaside! It was pretty clean, the host was answering fast, a lot of useful facilities. Towels are changed frequently. But the best is the price.

Differs from what is presented on the photos, no balcony. The beds are separated, which makes it a bit unkomfortable. Very old windows which can not be opened completely

The location of the apartment is good we can walk to the old city and the beach less than 10 minutes. The apartment is bright and big. Every second day the staff come to made up the beds and change the towels but the bathroom and toilet was not cleaned. The floor was not cleaned since our arrival we cannot walk bare foot in the apartment.

There are no grocery (salt, pepper or oil) at all. The water cooker and toaster are not in the apartment as described we need to ask for them. Also there is only one small knife, which is not sharp, no cooking knife we need to ask for it, and receive only a better small knife. The cabinet for clothes is small for a week stay for 2 people, there is space about 2-3 days stay. The staffs quite helpful if you ask for something.

Spacious living and kitchen area overlooking the ocean. I could enjoy beautiful sunrise. It is 5 minutes walk from Naval museum and downtown

Arriving Saturday afternoon there was no reception, I had to make a phonecall to get my key.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, with much more space than I expected, plus a sea view (and great sunrise views!). The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet apart from the sound of the sea. Car parking was easy outside (there's a car park just down the road if needed, but it's often easy to park right at the hotel). It's just a short walk to the town centre (past several forts and a ship!). No breakfast available, but you don't need it as you have a kitchen, and shops nearby. For the price, this was a bargain - I would definitely stay again. (The photos are of room 302.)

A double bed rather than single beds would have been nice. There was a cooker in the apartment, but it was old and ran on gas so I didn't trust it - would have preferred an electric hob. Closing/securing the windows was also difficult.

The Location and views were amazing.. the apartment size was great and amenities good, the room I was is just needs a bit of an update that’s all. Staff were fantastic very friendly. Thank you.

Super friendly, we really enjoyed our stay!

I called because we were arriving late and they left the keys for us to pickup after reception hours, and we were able to officially check in the next day. Great price for a kitchen, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and bathroom! Close to the city, beach, airport and good restaurants.

The walls were very thin - neighbors next to and below us kept us awake at night. The beds were not very comfortable - we could feel the springs in the mattresses. Had to take a quick shower because the hot water only lasted for about 5 minutes.

Nice view over the sea (stunning sunrise over mounth Teide!) Easy check-in late at night. Friendly straff. Close to town. Good price.

A couple of chairs and a small table in the balcony whould have been nice. We had two separate beds, one was ok the other way too hard. The hotel is a bit out dated but it's cheap living so wasn't expecting anything fancy.
