Brilliant standards, will stay again 👌

Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Continental Breakfast selection was great and more than enough. Very laid back and relaxing feel to the lodges and gardens would have loved to sit out in the evening/morning for breakfast but the weather wasn’t too good. Would definitely return if staying in the area again

What a gem of a place! Wish we could stay another night as we arrived late and have to leave early to continue heading north. Room #6 was all ready for us when we arrived, including everything we need for breakfast before we leave! The loaf of fresh bread was amazing! The bed was super comfortable. The only minor negative was the bathroom floor got soaking wet during the shower! The 1/2 door did not keep the water in.

Perfect in every way, great location lovely gardens rooms were spacious and spotless and the continental breakfast was plentifull. The hosts live on the site and Kerry made us feel very welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again very soon.

I would highly recommend staying here even if it’s just for one night the room was very clean and tidy the host Kerry was a very friendly pleasant lady we will definitely be staying again

Immaculate, the attention to detail, how clean and well maintained everything was and the thought put into the smallest of things blew us away, was beyond anything anticipated, lovely people and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would love to stay again. couldn't recommend it enough to anyone. Lovely room with comfy bed and separate living area. Good mini-kitchenette type facilities and spotlessly clean. Well run by friendly hosts Kerry and Richard. Will definitely use this accommodation again when visiting in the area. Highly recommended.

Had the most wonderful stay. The room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and all the little details were thought about wherever you looked. The bed was extremely comfortable - I didn’t want to wake up! The kitchen was lovely with lots of different goodies, including a glass bottle of milk! The living room was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean with a high quality working shower. The owner even came out to greet me in the pouring rain. Top quality service and accommodation. I will definitely return and look forward to my next stay.

Lovely stay at Home Farm & Lodge, I was given a free upgrade to a superior suite and the owners were super polite and helpful. The room was spotless and bed very comfy, and I was particularly pleased to see their commitment to being eco friendly without it being difficult.

Very unique place to stay, it has a lovely little garden to sit in the sun and enjoy. We stayed in room 4 with two very small children and it was ideal, the room was spacious and very clean, all of the furnishings were very tasteful. The continental breakfast was exceptional, the chocie of fruits, yorgurt and fresh made bread was just what we needed. We will definitely be staying again.

Lovely place made up of rooms in various outbuildings set in lovely gardens. A tranquil oasis. My room - number six - was spacious and airy. Large bathroom with a really nice shower. Breakfast is self-service in the room, but done very nicely. Looking forward to returning next month

The property was well maintained with high qualty materials and fittings the fridge was well stocked with everything we needed the gardens where immaculate its was nice and tranquil the hosts Richard and Kerry where friendly and most hospitable. We will highly recommend and return in the future. An ideal location to explore from.

(Room 4) Kids loved the garden, which had apple, pear and plum trees, a strawberry patch and a green house with tomatoes and chickens over the back fence. Manicured garden had plenty of seating. Kerri was a very welcoming host and provided lots of local knowledge. The restaurant next door is no longer, but there are plenty of dinner options in Bawtry, less than 5 minutes drive down the road. Perfect family stopover for a trip between London and Newcastle.

We really enjoyed our stay at Home Farm & Lodge. The room was spacious and very clean with plenty of food that kept us going all day. The garden is beautifully kept and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the bank holiday sunshine. Kerry & Richard are great hosts.

Lovely suite, great size and it helped having the sleeping area separate from the rest of it. Lots of attention to detail (like adding chocolate pancakes to the already extensive breakfast because they knew we were bringing kids). Beautiful building, nice garden and great hosts. A really great place to stay, with friendly owners. We stayed in room 4. A large room with a great comfy bed, nice kitchen and lounge area. A sized shower in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was a great touch in the room with a varied choice.

Arrived at the property and was greeted warmly by Kerry and Richard. My room was on the first floor of a converted barn which was lead up to by a set of external steps to my private door - there were also ground level rooms available so if you have difficulty with stairs, please advise them when booking. On entry to the apartment, I was blown away by the space, It was large and spacious, and decorated simply but elegantly. The open plan room had a comfy sitting area with TV, a small dining area with kitchenette and a sleeping area with large comfy bed. The shower room was nice with a walk in shower that was super powerful and Lott’s of instant hot water. If your looking for a lovely self catering break, I cannot think of a better location. Breakfast is offered as a continental option with bread, cereal fruit and yoghurt in the kitchenette. Simple but ample and lots of options. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We booked the suite with the Garden view (Room 7) The suite is spacious and comfortable and exceptionally clean and is in a detached building, so it is very private.The Continental breakfast which was provided was plentiful and it was convenient to be able to eat when we wanted.The kitchenette was a useful addition as was the dining area. The owners are friendly and gave us a warm welcome so we will definitely be returning when we are in the area! Thank you Richard and Kerry.
