Room's always clean, and staff is always friendly.

Very clean and very nice staff. The only problem we had was that there was a soccer tournament in the area and there were small children playing with the elevator going up and down which tied up the elevator and they running and screaming down the hallway where our room was.

This is a brand new hotel. I enjoyed the continental breakfast. Coffee in the room too. Room was clean. Service was good. My only complaint would be the doors slam loud and echo through the hall. The pool & water slide are a fun bonus if you are traveling with kids!

Bathroom in general could have been cleaner but it wasn't terrible. Deep clean your shower glass doors and fixtures, and scrub the grout in the shower, it's turning orange. Sincerely, a house keeper

Overall if you’re looking for an expensive 3.0 hotel this one is ok. Staff: 3.0 (except the night guy he was a 4.0) Room: 3.0 Cleanliness: 3.0 Pool: 3.0 Room service: Didn’t use it Restaurant: 2.0 Parking: 1.0 Hotel: Overall location is good. Amenities are overall good. There is no continental breakfast but they do have a restaurant/bar that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Performed the early check in like the text asked so I could have my room at 1500 for a wedding at 1700, I arrived at 1455 and my room wasn’t ready even by 1610 when I had to leave for a wedding. P.S. normal check is 1600. The first morning I wanted some breakfast as anyone would after a long wedding night. I came up to the restaurant and the hostess said they only have buffet style breakfast (eggs scrambled, cereal, bacon) nothing like an everything omelette that was on their menus. I asked why and she said too many people pre ordered breakfast. So, if you too many people pre-ordered breakfast… it becomes the same breakfast every other hotel gives you for free. (***) Staff: I was greeted, not the nicest staff in the world except for the night guy he was very outgoing and nice. Very helpful with the lac of parking issues. (***) Cleanliness: Cleaning was the reason I didn’t get my room in time yet when I finally checked in there was still hair in the shower. Dirt in all corners of the bathroom, the backlighting for the mirror flickered and was just annoying. Overall room cleanliness

Nice Hotel

The staff was very nice. The room was clean.

My room needed some maintenance but otherwise it was comfortable and met my needs.

The room was clean and spacious. It’s nice to have a couch.

Great place with the exception of the kids running down the halls being loud and obnoxious. Around midnight we were rudely awoken by kids jumping up and down above our room. We thought they were coming through the ceiling. I had to call the front desk to ask if they could do something which they did and everything went quiet above us.

The building and room was nice. My only complaint was the lady who checked us in at 1:30 charged us $35 for early check in…1:30 is hardly an early check in. Just getting nickeled and dimes…

Was way out of my way for where i was in Vancouver. It was ok was a little noisy but ok overall. Didn't like doing online registration but indid it only to arrive and be told it didn't go through. My remote had tape holding temote and tape was nasty. Glad i had a ziplock bag to place it into to use. Was ok but won't stay there again

Nice and quiet area. Not far from great places to visit and eat. Rooms were wonderful.

I've stayed in many Hilton's and other 5 star hotels. This BW Premiere was just as good or even better than a few.

Quite and very relaxing hotel

Very clean, quiet, convenient location. Try the napolese pizza restaurant nearby.

We were in town for a graduation and needed a place to stay. We were in our room less than 10 hours (only slept). Everything was clean and looked very nice but we felt the beds were hard. Hotel is in a good location for what we needed and we'd stay here again even though it's a bit overpriced for the area. But aren't all hotels these days.

It was overpriced for what it was. Also, I prepaid for breakfast not realizing how early it closed so that was a $24 charge.

Very friendly front desk worker and easy check in process.
