Wow! What an unbelievable stay at Atlantis Bay. A true 5 star experience. We had the pleasure of staying here on the last leg of our Italian honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel has an amazing pool and its own private beach and access to the sea. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Giuseppe and Beatrice were particularly helpful at the front desk, but everyone was so great from start to finish. When they heard it was our honeymoon they upgraded our room to have a bigger patio (with ocean views) instead of just a balcony. They also put together a surprise delicious dessert with a sweet note wishing us well in our marriage and gave us a small gift to remember them and Sicily on our way out. The cleaning staff was superb and made sure our room was clean not just in the morning but when we would go out in the evening as well. The location on the water allows for an intimate quiet resort feel while only being a few minutes walk from the Taormina cable car to take you up to town for shops and restaurants. I couldn’t recommend Atlantis Bay anymore. We’ll be back!

Beautiful hotel perfection and the staff are lovely

We thought the hotel was fine, service at the restaurant and pool were not very good. The rooms are in need of a refresher. The hotel is also far from the town of Taormina so you have to take a taxi any time you want to go to that area.

Just come back from an amazing stay at Atlantis Bay. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views of the bay. Hotel was kept so clean, all the staff are amazing and so so helpful. We ate at the restaurant one evening which was exceptional. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the gondola which takes you up to Taormina town.

Excellent! The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Our suite was extremely spacious and comfortable with a very large terrace. The service was impeccable from the concierge to the front desk to the housekeeping. Complimentary breakfast was the most delicious of our time in Sicily and Roma. We stayed 6 nights and were crying when we checked out because we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be visiting Atlantis Bay again!

Level of service and food was impeccable. Truly a 5* hotel.

Party at the hotel on the first night and couldn’t sleep with the noise. Then another wedding party on the third night and couldn’t sleep until after 2am. Shocking for a 5 star that costs almost 2,000 euros a night. We complained but no one cared. Would never stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantic Bay. We arrived a day late due to flight issues but we were welcomed from the minute we arrived. Staff are extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay. Very beautiful! Easy access to Taormina center via cable car. Other guests were complaining about train to be very loud. We stayed on the 6th floor and could hear it passing by, but it didn’t bother us at all. Very very beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended.

This is truly a 5 star property. Not just the luxurious finishes and landscape but the entire staff are sincerely committed to providing exceptional service at all times. I travel the world often and must say that the service culture at Atlantis Bay is the best I’ve ever experienced on a consistent basis. The property and views are breathtaking and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I will never forget Vincenzo at breakfast going way over and beyond service standards when we were late for the breakfast. This is an absolute must stay and I’m glad we chose it over four seasons, which is rare to say, but the value is unmatched in this case. Quick few minute walk to the tram which takes you up to Taormina old town. Having the beach setting with Taormina sitting on a mountain over top of you is surreal and to jump on a convenient lift to get up and down makes this a better option than staying in the city centre. Thank you staff at Atlantis Bay for making us feel at home with a VIP touch.

The scenic view where the property is located is stunning and absolutely beautiful. The hospitality of the staff especially Guiseppe, walter at the front desk and Giovanni at the restaurant was professional, friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

Very nice Hotel located at Mountain, all the Hotels in this area are old, but this one is very well treated, the room was very good and with beautiful sea view with blue and clear water. The staff is the best part: Inez, Caiovanni, Orazio, Salvo and mainly Giuseppe from front desk, very helpful and always ready to offer us the best!

Service was exceptional. Room had a magnificent see view and staff were trying their best to make our stay as comfortable as it can be. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both luxury and view. One thing for sure, this will not be my last time to come here
