I arrived on the day I was having a Birthday. The hotel personnel noticed that and waited for me later and had a piece of birthday cake with a candle an sang a birthday song for me. I am very grateful. I would defenerltly come back here again

This location is great....The staff did everything to make our stay great. The bathroom needs a major makeover. The tub is ROUND and not clean.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful...the issue was no A/C in the rooms they provide a fan that it helps...and the big issue is the we were in third floor facing the street and it was very noisy day at night

This was an excellent hotel, close to everything! The staff were extremely helpful and the room was amazing. They did an excellent job making sure everything stayed clean and sanitized during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful, we would stay again hands down. The staff are all friendly & helpful. Very nicely organized and super clean room. I love the chocolates(local company called La Iberica) left on your bed every night:)

Tierra Viva Arequipa was perfect. The staff was kind, the location was ideal and our room was great. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room thats not facing the street.

This is a really nice hotel, great value. Super confortable room which was exceptionally clean. It's right in the heart of Arequipa hence a lovely place to explore a lovely city.

We had a great experience staying at Tierra hotel. Everyone was super friendly and provided us a great service! Breakfast was really good and it was close to everything you need from restaurants to touristic and historical areas! Highly recommend!

Manuel was an incredible host, as well as his staff, that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! The breakfast provided was good and provided us with a packed breakfast when we had an early morning hike! We really enjoyed our time staying in a comfortable room with a wonderful staff!

The road outside was completely dug up, which made it impossible for vehicles to park outside, but that was the only real drawback.

This is an excellent hotel for the price. Centrally situated but quiet. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms nicely decorated and a good size. High beds. A very good breakfast . Noticed a vegetarian restaurant just up the street. Highly recommended.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. the only draw back was that they were fixing the street and it was difficult to cross, though the workers were helpful .

Nice spacious room with fair-slow WiFi connection. Decent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff but not every one speaks English. Do not get a room facing the street. The sound of traffic on the brick roads and honking car horns are very noisy. Nice roof deck and space to see Misti. Very comfortable lobby with free coffee, coca tea and faster WiFi. Overall a pleasant place to stay with many shops, restaurants and points of interest within easy walking distance.
