The breakfast was very good, the staff made adjustment for us (vegetarians) without issue. The bed and breakfast is located near the west lake, in a part that is a little bit more quiet than the rest of the lake, but still nearby everything there is to visit by bikes. We could choose our room on arrival, we took one with a lovely balcony. We were provided with a small booklet about the city, and our host was able to wash our clothes.

The availability and ability to adapt of LuYing and her husband. The flowery garden was appreciated, and the western breakfast too.

Absolutely great location, within walking distance to the prime gardens, pavilions and parks of the west bank of west lake. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable and quiet overall. A/C freezing. Private garden balcony

Breakfast was a bit disappointing and they charge for coffee but dont have milk? Stayed in two different room, the second upgraded room's mattress was hard as a rock

We love everything about Jiu Yue Ji. Its rare that the actual rooms are much better in person than in photos. The room has a boutique hotel vibe. Perhaps its the functional design elements, the large windows, or the pieces of furniture which seems random but for some reason works aesthetically. Each bedside has a table, and an power socket. Perfect for friends who don't have to fight for charging. There's enough space for our luggage. The toilet and bath has everything we need. I love the extra large sink with brass faucets and the counter. The rain shower was a nice addition to the regular shower. They provide bottled water and there's a water dispenser in case we needed more. The owners are very accommodating. They helped us go around and give advice when we're looking for recommendations while exploring Hangzhou. Its a few minutes away from Su causeway, and is accessible by bus! There's also a nearby supermarket which was not listed in Baidu or google maps. The area is like being in a forest that is 5 min from the city. (My photos don't do justice to this BnB X_X )

We're not a fan of their breakfast. It was plain congee with sides of omelette, a carb like boiled swett potato or corn, and pickled vegetables. They also don't have coffee.
