The check in process was seamless because you get a code and don’t even have to deal with front desk. The location was not bad. It also had parking and two car passes inside the room.

The room I originally booked had the AC broken and the toilet didn’t stop making noise once you flushed it so they had to switch us rooms after we complained because it was so hot in the room. Room 1118 to be exact . Then where they moved us too , The bed was extremely uncomfortable my husband and I woke up with major body aches in the room they switched us too. Another thing When I booked this condo it Lead me to believe based under important information all the amenities were available. From pools to bars etc. in NO part of the description or tabs did it say things were still damage because of Hurricane so I found that extremely misleading. However that was not the case both outdoors pools are destroyed and hot tubs from hurricane Ian, as well as the bar outside isn’t open. There is a bar inside condo that is open but quite a walk from beach. As well as splash pad is closed and also the stairs to go to the private beach are destroyed so you need to access a ramp just north of the condo to go to the beach. Which is fine but again not expected and we were not aware. I understand natural disasters happen however other hotels / condos had this in the description which is why I didn’t book there and booked here thinking things were opened. Which clearly wasn’t the case and I feel like I was fooled. In fact even in description it stated something about the pools , hot tubs and outdoor bar being closed until December 2022 again leading me to believe it was open by now. They weren’t transparent about this so I’m writing this review April 4th 2023 and want to let everyone know if you expect to use those amenities they do not work so don’t get your hopes up.
