Beautiful, zen, upscale hotel with all the attention to detail. Incredible breakfast to start the day and friendly, happy staff.

Do quarto atribuído não ter janela ou varanda com vistas, como foi assim comprado. Fiquei no rc virado para a rua, parecia um quarto interior.

It was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in the town. Parking was ok but I think if you paid then you could access their underground parking which I assume would have more spaces than street parking. The rooms were clean and our room had a nice bed and couch.

The main issue is that the hotel is quite expensive for something that is only a little better than a basic hotel. If the price was lower I would rate it as a good choice a lower-budget trip. The bathroom was tiny, the shower was just about big enough for me to turn around inside but the water got out everywhere so you found yourself slipping on the wet marble floor. They only give you one very small floor towel which is soaked after the first shower in the morning and then the rest of the day you have a little swimming pool :) We did ask for an extra towel but housekeeping took it away a few hours later and I couldn't be bothered to keep asking for another one. The room was really big and even had a kitchen, I would have preferred some of that space was used to make the bathroom bigger. Breakfast is basic but it was enough to have food. Nothing was bad but nothing was particularly good.

The breakfast was beautiful, the decor in the hotel was boho chic and all the added touches were organic and tastefully done. Beds were very comfortable.

AlmaLusa Comporta is a great hotel to stay at, location is right in amongst the main centre which has a vast choice of excellent restaurants. The staff were very polite, helpful and always at hand but quietly going about their tasks. Very well run hotel.

Beautiful property, located centrally in Comporta. Perfect for exploring local beaches and a great location for local restaurants. The staff were fantastic and really do go above and beyond to help and make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The pool area was really nice and the service great. Roof top bar a delight and the perfect place for some pre dinner drinks - the bar staff are brilliant. Delicious breakfast. Extremely relaxing break.

Giant TVs in the bedrooms, personally, I’m not a big fan of TVs in hotel rooms for holiday so I never use them. The issue here is that the rooms aren’t soundproofed and the large TVs are mounted on the wall, so when our neighbors decided to watch TV late at night we could hear everything they were watching. That being said the hotel staff were extremely responsive and helpful with regards to this.

Alguns funcionários não estavam bem treinados, repassando informações erradas, como o horário do café da manhã. Mas ficou nítido que é uma questão de ajuste porque todos são muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

We absolutely loved our stay at AlmaLusa. It was our first time in Comporta so the location being right in the centre of the small town was perfect for us. The interior design of the hotel and rooms is fantastic. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom amenities and a small lounge area, as well as an outside area as we were on the ground level. The staff were lovely and very professional. The quality of the breakfast and service was great. I booked a body scrub at the Wellness Clinic and was extremely happy with the quality of the treatment. The roof top bar is a great space for a pre or post dinner drink.

Bar Service by the pool would be fantastic but then again the pool area was extremely peaceful so perhaps it's best not to change this!

The location was great, I liked the town of Comporta, the beach was a short drive away.

The room was dirty. I don't think that the floor was ever swept or washed. There was an old sIipper and lots of dust under the bed. I know this because I dropped my earring and it rolled so I got on my hands and knees to look for it. Ugh not pleasant. Breakfast was basically a disappointment. When we arrived at the designated serving hours. They didn't have a table for us including in the pool area. We were told we could eat outside the dining area. We found a couch to sit on, not very convenient to eat and have cafe. I didn't receive any utensils and finally had to find some myself. Sorry but for the price it should have been clean and with better food and guest services.

The location was perfect, it was easy to walk around the town and to the beach. Straightforward drive from Lisbon airport. The staff was very friendly. Our room was spotless. Finally, we loved the atmosphere of the hotel, it was relaxing and private without being over the top. My wife and I came here to start our honeymoon, and I could not think of a better place to do so!

Everything! Great style, 2 mins from the city center, friendly staff, nice vibe, super confy bed and really clean.

The suites are spacious and comfortable. All equipments are well thought and convenient. Good cleanliness. Maids are polite and smiling.

The restaurant staff. They do not welcome and are talking among them very loudly all day disturbing pool tranquility. A breakfast male waiter never smiles and is very unpleasant.

Great property with all the essentials you could think off. Immaculate and great location to restaurants. In a quiet area with everything you could possibly want to enjoy your stay. There were bicycles which were very handy for the beach and exploring. Pool was a good size and outdoor area had 6 loungers with plenty of space.
