Didn't bother having breakfast as we had to pre-order a day earlier . Must say the bed & the pillows in the rooms were so comfy and that is the only positives in my experience staying in this hotel .

I got too the hotel early maybe 11am and walked to the check-in desk to do my routine check in procedure . Once that was done I checked with the staff attending to me if there was rooms available for early check in and the reply was our check-in time is 3 pm and that put me off .During my booking I did request for early check-in and I know well hotels do try to accommodate that request if rooms are available for early check in . I had anytime accepted a much polite reply like "I am sorry room are not available at this moment but will let u know if room do become available for early check-in" . Instead her reply put me off immediately and I felt that I did a mistake in choosing "Citadines Connect" as I have never experienced such unfriendliness in any other hotels I had stayed in . In my opinion this lady isn't fit to sit in the front desk . But in all fairness the other staffs were all good .

on the 3rd, there was this on-off ?sewage smell along the corridor. which was bearable. but unsure where it came from.

J’ai réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant j’ai du rajouter un supplément pour que ma fille est 1 lit à roulettes collé aux notre je ne comprends pas pourquoi faire payer sur booking 2 adultes et 1 enfants alors que l’établissement me dit que si je veux un lit pour l’enfant je dois payer ceci n’est pas du tout correct

Das Frühstück. Es gibt viele tolle Cafés in der Umgebung, die ich mehr empfehlen kann.

Everything, this is such a lovely place to stay. Well located, lovely pools. So clean. Lovely staff.

Location is good and most of the food center, shopping mall and scenic spots are in walkable distance. The loft that we stayed in the hotel is pretty new.

The breakfast menu has set A,B,C & D for your choice. Except congee, the other foods are quite cold that means they are being prepared for a while in advance. It is strange to have cold fried chicken leg rice and cold scramble egg in morning.

Staff is not really friendly especially at the reception desk.

Great, attentive staff. Clean facilities, very neat and tidy with solid air-con and a nice bathroom. Honestly all you could ask for as a travelling couple.

The included breakfast was pretty tragic unfortunately. For an otherwise solid hotel - the breakfast selection was so underwhelming it made me feel as though they should have just not offered it as an option.

The property is situated in an odd area, its strategic in terms of going to nearby tourist places but not easy for parking and limited parking space allocated

Limited parking and lack of information on which building to check in. After arriving at main lobby was asked to go to the other building for check in i think this was not professional and should be managed better as to which building to check into

Location is fantastic. There’re food all around and 3 big malls just 3-5 mins walk away. Aircon was strong. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The room that I stayed in, the shower drainage was choked when we arrived and cause a small flooding in the toilet. Staff was very nice to help un-choke it, but drainage was still very slow for our entire stay. Fridge wasn’t cold.

Simple but had the facilities needed! Small gym at the top, simple small pool, access to drinking filtered water.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber. Auch die Lage war gut und man konnte vieles fußläufig erreichen.

Anlässlich des chinesischen Neujahrs gab es an 2 von 3 Nächten unseres Aufenthaltes sehr laute Feierlichkeiten im Innenhof bis 23:00 Uhr abends. Leider wussten wir davon im Vorhinein nichts, sonst hätten wir beim Check-in um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten.

the hotel was superb. we book for 3 days 2 nights for room 2 bedroom executives (private suites). The room is spacious and have living room and is suitable for family with kids. The room and bathroom is clean. the staff also very nice and polite. near all the good restaurants in Penang since the hotel is in the center of Georgetown.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und das Hotel war sehr sehr sauber. Die Lage war sehr angenehm, da von dort aus alles, fußläufig, schnell zu erreichen war. Es gibt den ganzen Tag über gratis Kaffee aus einem Kaffeevollautomaten. Die Internetverbindung im Zimmer ist sehr stabil und auch schnell genug, des Weiteren befindet sich ein LAN-Anschluss beim Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer an sich ist geräumig wie auch das eigene Bad.

Der doch sehr kleine, unmöblierte Balkon, auf dem auch nicht geraucht werden durfte, denn dies ist immer ein Kriterium für mich, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen, auch wenn es mehr kostet Das hätte man vorab kommunizieren können, denn dann hätte ich das Zimmer nicht gebucht. Das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung nach sehr dürftig. Es gibt nur vier kleine Gerichte zur Auswahl, die dann auch noch kalt und unliebsam serviert werden. Ich habe ein spärlich belegtes Croissant bekommen ohne Butter, mit kalten Würstchen und als Beilage eiskaltes Rührei, was nicht zu genießen war. Die weitere Auswahl wäre ein Toastbrot mit Konfitüre. Die angebotenen Beilagen des "Büfett's" waren schnell vergriffen und wurden nur auf bitten aufgefüllt. Es befindet sich keine Bar oder Restaurant im Hotel, so dass man abends nicht gemütlich in der Lobby sitzen kann, sondern muss seine Zeit entweder außerhalb verbringen oder auf dem Zimmer. Da wäre wohl ein Getränkeautomat eine kostengünstige Alternative im Hotel zu verweilen und dann auch vor der Tür zu rauchen, denn die Rezeption ist ständig besetzt.

Bequeme Betten, gutes Badezimmer, Pool vorhanden, Fitnessraum im Nachbargebäude gut ausgestattet. Gutes Wlan überall. Personal hilfsbereit

Überall hängen Kameras und man fühlt sich sehr überwacht, selbst im Gym und am Pool. Der Eingangsbereich ist ein Kühlschrank so kalt ist es dort. Das wir im Nachbargebäude unterkommen müssen war in der Anzeige nicht beschrieben. Der Pool wirbt mit einem Whirlpool, dieser war aber nicht in Betrieb. Flur riecht muffig und das Personal an der Rezeption hat seine Freundlichkeit verloren. In unserem Zimmer sind die Kacheln am Boden abgefallen. Wie so ein Hotel so tolle Bewertungen bekommt ist mir ein Rätsel. Preis Leistung stimmen hier überhaupt nicht, zu mal wir für eine Verlängerung vor Ort 21€ mehr im Vergleich zu booking zahlen sollten. Wir werden nicht mehr wieder kommen. Dieses Hotel hat noch große Arbeit vorsich.
