New property and the staff is so attentive and professional in hospitality.

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of with impeccable service. The staff were very kind and attentive. The quality of everything in the hotel is top notch and really a great value for your money. the location is close to all touristic sites and the views are impeccable. We had a little miscommunication and the way management handled it was very professional and generous. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Jaipur.
I enjoy some fresh air in my room so would have appreciated windows or a balcony. the rooms were very clean and well maintained that it did not make a big difference. Something I’ve experienced in several hotels in India are smoke alarms that emit a little flashing light which can be annoying for people who need complete darkness to sleep. the hotel was able to tape it for me which solved the issue.

The staff needs training , It took them a while to figure out the payment.
The hotel is good but not luxury , feels empty , food just ok.
It is at the most 4 star .
If you are staying over night this hotel will be an ok choice, but if you are staying for few days then avoid.

We had sent our documents ahead from another Taj and, after a brief wait, our check in process was made very smooth.

Clean calm quiet place for a nice break.Awesome food fantastic staff going out of their way to help guests. Zuber with his santoor made breakfast and dinner pleasant and he was super indulging us with cool music. Thankful for the staff at front desk here to help guests . She went out of her way to arrange for a cake for my husband's birthday bring in and a picnic treat for our trip back to delhi

The Taj exceeded all our expectations. The staff were very professional and attentive. The facilities were fabulous and the food tremendous. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I had travelled with my 9-month-old daughter & the support provided by the staff based on her needs was very good.
Food menu was different based on the booking made with very limited option in the menu. Extremely insulting & disappointing. Wait time for food order was unusually high.
I had stayed at Taj Corbett Resort & Spa and the experience was out of the world. Compared to that, the experience at Taj Amer was not even 1% of the experience.

Mr Shashi was one of the best staff I ever met . He anticipates guests needs and exceeds expectations . He made us extremely comfortable by extending great personalised service . I recommend promotion for all the staff members that mentioned in this message.

The AC inside our room started making weird disturbing noise in the middle of the night around 2am.
Couldn’t sleep after that.

The staff was extremely courteous...from the entry in the property till we sat in the car after checkout (actually they came out till the car to see us off, which is not common in any hotel in India), they took care of us like we own the property. They have actually raised the bar of Taj which were already too high.
That it was just 2 day trip.
