Great quiet and safe property located in the Center of Antigua. A delicious Breakfast was included with the price of the room. I had booked 5 rooms with the group I was travelling with and they all would highly recommend staying here.

The place is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the Agua volcano. Rooms were nice and spacious, and were kept very clean by Silvia. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also nice, with a big shower. There's also a gorgeous sitting room, the perfect spot to sit down and read a book or write an email or two after a day of walking around. I really loved my stay at this nice, cozy hotel. Sheny is the life of the place; she helped us with our requests, and made sure our stay was absolutely wonderful. Sheny is very polite and friendly, and will go the extra mile to make the the guests feel special. Her and Silvia make the place the jewel it is, right in the best part of beautiful Antigua Guatemala. It's wonderful to be close to so many nice dining options, the central park and market, the Santa Catarina arch and church, and the Cerro de la Cruz.

We like the chimney in the rooms and the architecture.

It was nothing bad in the hotel at self the hotel is really chilly and a nice spot. Surring by party people and the fire work bombs which were shot because of what ever reason at 5 am the church bell rings ya out of bed.

The property it is in great location, easy access to everything, walking distance to the center of town and safe. Parking is not included it. You can park on the street if there’s parking space available or pay parking nearby. We had a great breakfast cooked and served by Jenny. We will return and highly recommended hotel.

Very warm friendly accommodating staff. Small and intimate; lots of colonial charm. Loved escaping up to the rooftop — they would do well by their guests to put a few more tables and chairs up there.

I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times! It's always great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a typical Guatemalan experience, this place is for you.

The location is close to everything but at night you can hear lots of noises of other guest trying their best to be quiet other than that good

Near all the main attractions of the city

Great location for Semana Santa, near la Merced church. Room had some mis matched furniture that could be upgraded but other than that very comfortable. Hot shower! Meager toiletries so may want to bring your own. The only thing that was less than stellar is that you weren't allowed a key to the outside door and had to wait for someone to open it (also to come it). It seemed very disconcerting being unable to leave- what if there was an emergency and I had to leave immediately? Also their printer wasn't working so I couldn't print my boarding passes

Nice, clean facility. Need to allow a little extra time when going somewhere because the front door is locked and seems like they often have to find the key. (minor annoyance, not major)

They had no rooms for us. We had to stay at another hotel. They did help us with making other arraignments but they over booked and we were out.

After pre-paying for a 5 night reservation they did not have the availability when we arrived.. We had to pay out of pocket for a one nigh tstay because they claimed to never have gotten our initial reservation but they also denied our refund to expedia and kept our initial reservation amount of $712.90. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else
