La suciedad de la habitación Los bichos por el suelo. Teníamos que mover la cama para no tocar el cabecero ya que estaba muy sucio y daba un poco de asco. En Booking ves unas fotos de habitación pero no tienen nada q ver con lo q es😔😔

Staff was very friendly. Lobby area clean and comfortable Bus stop to Venice, Venice Station, Mestre station and centre is directly outside the hotel. Although if you plan to spend late nights out in Venice then I'd suggest staying somewhere else. Mestre centro or close to Venice Station because after 10 it was difficult to get to the hotel. Either walking about 30 minutes or taking a cab.

Uncomfortable bed. Extremely old furniture in the room. It looked like things one took from a hard sale I've never been a fan of toilet shower combo - the room was one of those. When you stood in the shower and pulled the shower curtain, the toilet was also in the shower with you. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in a year. It was so dirty, I couldn't use the shower. The staff did change it when I brought it to their attention, but not until the next day because apparently they had to go to buy one. This I found to be completely unacceptable.

The turtles in the reception are poorly taken care of, the furniture is old, and there is mould in the shower. Everything is dirty. Can't control the air conditioning. The toilet is too close to the shower (2 in one). And the bed lining is stained or dirty.

Pleasant Staff who spoke English better than Italian I suspect.

The mattresses were uncomfortable; they seemed like cheap Ikea ones. The location was a great distance from central Mestre and one needed to catch a bus (2 every hour) to get into town. The neighbourhood has no interesting or redeeming features and I thought the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. I regret giving negative reviews because everyone has the right to make a living, but I would neither recommend it nor return there. The staff were very pleasant, being mainly from Asia (India/Pakistan probably), and I have absolutely no complaints about them. It's just that the hotel and its location has little to recommend it, I'm afraid.

We had ordered two rooms, one deluxe and the other single, and I have no major complaints about the deluxe room except for the non-working air conditioning and the dripping shower head. However, the single room was full of spiders, the paint was falling off the wall and it was very dirty and cold.

Do not go here !!!! I arrived here and stayed for 5 nights the most horrifying place I ever stayed in my life. When we got there the room looked nothing like the pictures catfish !!!!!! I was in shock ! The heating was no working so we went out all day came back to a mount Everest( freezing so cold) lead to my friend getting so sick the guy said “ he will call the ambulance and come with us free of charge “ ? Something was off about that the room had mould everywhere 🤮🤮😣 the water was not working and when it did it was brown 🤮🤮 the breakfast was 7 euros and all it had was cheese and things you would get for free in you’re room in England 😂 the customer service was so bad so so rude I told them all of this and did not get a sorry or anything we had to stay there unfortunately it made our experience to Italy to a point we sat there and said we not coming back to Europe ever again!! I have all the pictures to show everything please do not go here

I think that Hotel Ariston is not a bad place to be. It's clean, beautiful breakfast area, member of staff are very nice.

I really liked the location. The bus stop was right next to the hotel and there was a big Lidl very close. Also, the Wifi was very good. Another positive feature was the bed which was very comfy and there was an elevator too. And it was a very affordable accommodation compared to other hotels in Mestre.

I felt like the rooms did not meet our expectations. It was hard to shower at night since the water pressure was very low. The walls of the room weren't very clean and the staff could have been a bit more helpful.

The connection from the airport (Treviso) and to the airport is good + bus/train/bus or bus/bus (~ 1 hour). LIDL is located at a distance of ~ 250 metres.

The size of the room and bathroom is extremely small and isn't suitable for 3 people. Only 1 chair in a room for 3 people. Windows face a noisy road. The hair dryer is stationary and it's almost impossible to use it. The coffee we can buy at the reception was terrible.

Nice location just in 20 min by foot from railway station, from which you could easily get to Venice Santa Lucia by train.

It was a bit cold in the room, and there is no way to adjust air condition. Also there was an outdoor air condition unit on balcony which makes some noise.
