The location is great. It's very close to Coolidge Corner. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, Trader Joe's, etc. Easy access to the T so you can ride anywhere in the city. I would say the room is nothing fancy. You probably wouldn't want to spend a lot of time lounging there. But the bed was comfortable, the temperature in the room was easy to adjust, the shower was good. I would definitely stay there again. The price was very good.

Set up and communication were excellent. Simple, straight forward and spotlessly clean.
Bed was ok. No one likes beds with slats in them and the bathroom towels were truly tiny. These were the only two negative points

Cancelled my reservation the morning of the stay, "because of a computer glitch".

Left me in the lurch while I was in Boston with a serious medical problem.

I stayed there for 6 days. On day 1 I reported none of the washers and dryers were working, and this was a primary driver of booking at that location. The detergent dispenser machine also broken.
Additionally the mini fridge in the room wood not stay closed. I called, spoke to maintenance on site daily and nothing was ever done.
The shared fridge on the floor did not have functional ice machine or water dispenser either.

So much to like about this place. Convenient, comfortable, clean. Only one drawback - the noise from the person above us was incredibly disturbing and could be easily corrected. The desk chair clearly didn't have pads underneath the legs and the person above us would push the chair in and out on the hardwood floors until well after 2am, which woke us up every time. I encourage the management to add felt pads under the chairs in every room!

Liked that is a sustainable community. Did not like the comunication of maverick Suites nor the 300 dollars that I had to pay. They did not communicate after the stay about the fund.

We stayed in unit #33. Building is secure, neighborhood feels super safe. We got in around 2A and didn't have any hesitation to walk the 0.3 miles to the property. Our room was small but doable for 2 people. The only thing I would've liked is a discount for the marriot parking garage since there wasn't parking available at the property.

We really liked how the area was really, really quiet. In the four nights we were there, we didn't see another person in the building. Also, the location we were was just a few blocks away to the subway stop which we used our entire stay. Our unit and the property was super clean.
My only complaint was there was no ice machine and I really missed not having ESPN on the TV that was in our room.

Nice room, perfect for our needs. Our room was very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed with good bedding. There was a beautiful shared kitchen we did not use. We didn’t get the welcome email with code( due to incorrect email) called after midnight and got a call right back to correct. Cheap Uber ride to most places in the city and train was 3 min walk. The only issue we had was last night the person above us slammed around for 2 hours starting at 1a.m. Not sure what that was about but we got little sleep and had to rise at 4am to get our flight. Overall great stay.

No complaints about the accommodation, but assessing a so-called, and exorbitant, "property fee" for one night is outrageous. There was no explanation for what this covers. It amounts to a nuisance fee, and unless it is done away with, I won't be staying here again.

I was unable to get a parking spot with the hotel, but was able to park near by. The hotel has no on site staff- which I really liked. The entrance code was long and sometime took a few times to get it to open. I would stay here again.

This room was in the basement so that was different but it was clean and modern. The neighborhood was walkable with lots of options to eat. It seemed very safe and “hip”. Overall, it was nice and the price was good considering how expensive other hotels were. Would I stay there again? Given similar circumstances, yes.

We have stayed in 3 different studios at this property. Other ones on 2nd and 3rd floor were great but we were in basement level which I did not know when I booked and the people on floor above us were LOUD nightly not sure doing what but sounded like they were moving or dragging furniture till 10 or 11pm. Also elevator smelled horrific.

The apartment is small, but well appointed. It’s in a great area near Harvard St and Coolidge Corner. Unfortunately the apartment is very noisy, you can hear everything from the apartment above. The only closet is a cheap wobbly wardrobe which is only around 20” wide and had an ironing board and other stuff in it already. Lastly there was a bad smell in the elevator. All fixable.

There was a big bug on the floor. Very fightening. A very traumatic experience. It has been 24 hours since I filed complaints, and the management has not responded to my inquiry.

My stay was good here. It’s a nice alternative to a hotel room. The place was clean and tidy. The area was nice and had some good walkable restaurants. The subway/surface trolley stops right up the street and will get you to downtown Boston in about 25 minutes. The place could use some clear instructions on how to regulate the heat, especially in the bathroom. The windows seem to let a good bit of cold in but the heat never wavers
