Bed was comfy

Unhappy - we were not greeted at the door with a welcome tour so felt bad about using kitchen. Even if we wanted to make a cuppa they said you weren't allowed to take the tea to your room but had to drink it in the kitchen! There were so many mats to cover the new carpet that it was a trip hazard. In our room you had to roll a mat under a chair so the door would close! There was no towel in the toilet to dry our hands or mouth on but found the towels the next morning in the cupboard! There were books and stationary on the shelves which made it feel like you were staying in someone else's bedroom! They said there was a jacuzzi hot tub but it is just a bath with jets! The bedroom door was dirty, the sink was dirty, the headboard was stained! The towel rail, the light switch and the mirror had been painted on! We did contact them but they disagreed with what I said, even though I had photographic evidence!

Location was perfect for Cardiff city ctr visit. The accommodation is literally a room in a house, sharing the main bathroom and a modest kitchen with any other guests staying.

Could have done with an area to sit/relax with people I had travelled with. A t.v. would have maybe been nice.

Services 5* My friend came from abroad and want to stay overnight so I found a space close to my house 🏠.

Very welcoming clean and comfortable. Close to station short walk of 5 mins then can get a train into Cardiff Central.

Late night talking by the host family downstairs. Ear plugs helped with this though.
