It is cheap for a reason. It seem more like a center for the homeless or addicts, especially in terms of its staff. If this hostel is part of some rehabilitation program I think that's great, but if so they should probably be more open about that so that guests know what to expect from both facilities and its staff. If it's not, there's really no excuse for how bad this hostel is being run.

My bed was covered with bedbugs. Couldn’t sleep as the bedbugs keeps crawling out the moment I tried to sleep. I call this hotel from hell. Never been in this type of mess before. This experience ruined my holiday. Avoid them.

Very dirty. Bed bugs everywhere. No help from the "receptionist". No way to get back the prepaid money. I have not seen such disgusting accomodation all over world

There was no receptionist, not receiving calls all night long. I couldn’t check in. Moreover, there were bed bugs in this property so I got bitten everywhere while I just waited for the check in and checking if there is an available bed at least(Just in case if I can contact and self-check in). So I stayed up all night dozing off at lobby. Even if I could check in, it wouldn’t be able to sleep anyways. It was a Sheer Horrendous night to get tortured. There were 5-6more people who came out to lobby at midnight and dawn due to bedbugs. There were checking their backpack and belongings to get rid of bedbugs. Shared Kitchen had cockroaches. Entrance was open all night without any security, so does the bedroom doors. So literally any strangers can walk in and rob, sleep, violate whatever in this property without any safety control. I also tried to keep contacting for the refund cuz there’s no difference basically - actually worse - to stay in the airport lobby and here except here I could get bitten by bedbugs with safety concerns. But the person in charge wasn’t responding, also I contacted Hotels.com customer service agent and their side called the property person in charge but also no response. Finally morning came, and people are complaining about this issue(bedbugs and safety), I am writing this review. I am so tired and I just can’t believe they received money for this.

The unique about this property, is that, it is owned and run by a crazy and mindsick band. They close the rooms and bathrooms from 10 am to 5 pm claiming that the hostel is meant for night sleep only, otherwise, go to hotel. I was promissed to cancel my booking and get my money back, based on which, I booked the remaining of my stay in other hostel, then, they ignored and caused me the loss of the cost of the other booking which amounts usd 78. I warn everybody of repeating my experience.

It's a bed to sleep on. Ok for one night if needed but wouldn't recommend especially for solo female travelers. There's very little privacy in shared all gender toilet area. There are slits in the stalls that people can see in as they are walking by. Didn't notice the women only sleep section till next morning but def would have asked for that if there was a choice. Noticed a lot more men than women at this place so if that makes you uncomfortable as a female look elsewhere.
Linens are extra. I opted out because I had a liner and travel pillow. Found a lot of crumbs and dirt and stains on mattress, blankets, pillows and curtains. Definitely get linens.
People checking you in are nice though and you do get a pretty hot shower.

Very awful hostel. Dirty, disgusting shared rooms and showers. It wasn't impossible to stay there even one night.
Manager put air warming in may month and I was sleeping sweaty every night.
Strongly don't recommend 👎👎👎

I love the nice workers. They are so polite and awesome! Also the beds, they are good for the back and you can isolate your self with the curtains of you want a little privacy. There is a share kitchen, it is good! For the money it is good given out (in my opinion)

I would have never imagined that "clean sheets" is an extra charge. You need to start with that sentence. Yes, I booked in a hurry and didn't read properly about the place, but I thought I didn't have to, because it is Danmark, right? With standards! I know some of this is on me for not noticing, but some of this is on you. We are talking about sheets! Raise the price a little bit!

One huge recommendation is install phone charging port because I couldn’t charge nothing of mine over night.

Unique was no reception just a text and a code.
There was no windows in the room and showers were like jail on tv but water was hot so that's the main thing

The place is really dirty. I had food stains on the curtain of my bed. The floor had so much hair and dirt. The showers were unhygienic. I saw pee flowing into the shower because the drainage was bad. The sinks to brush your teeth had beard trimmings and spit. It wasn't cleaned daily. The toilets had massive poo stains all over. I felt unsafe but paid already so felt I didn't have a choice but to stay a few nights. Old men would stare at you in this hostel. The other girls looked so unhappy there with the state of the place.

This is a good value and you will save some cash by staying here if you are able to accept that it isn't perfect. It is perhaps about average for a hostel you might see in different cities of the world. Most important to me is that it has a nice layout where the bathrooms are separate from the bunks so bathroom noise is minimized. There is a bit of noise that carries in from other areas of the hostel but I can deal with that. The sleeping area can also be a bit stuffy from poor ventilation. But these are fairly minor complaints because the bottom line is I got a good night's rest and spent very little for it. They have a nice coffee/espresso machine which is a huge bonus!
