Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly, welcoming staff. Reasonable area on a good train line and convenient for Sydenham station. Not far from shops and restaurants, small Tesco opposite

The shower wasn't great (low water flow) but really nothing to complain about.

Location - perfect for visiting family who live near. Room and bed - very nice. Landlord - friendly.

The water in the basin was HOT from both taps. No one told me how to get breakfast so I did not have any. I could not work out how to get back to the bar from the rooms so could not ask anyone. I left very early (6 am) so would probably have been too early but might have stayed longer if I had been offered breakfast.

Clean , comfortable, well sized room, good location nice people and great pub. Well priced. Access via secure side door a nice touch.

Steep stairs to access rooms on second floor may deter those with mobility or health issues. Bathroom auto light distracting for night time use.

The room was big, bright and just absolutely stunning! The shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel! The owners were so lovely and welcoming and explained everything. Definitely going to return here.
