The check-in process went great, very friendly staff working at the counter. However, my stay was less than satisfactory. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room lacked any comfort period!! There was yelling and screaming, dogs barking my entire stay. The visible improvements they recently made look good, but, could work on adding more comfort to peoples stay.

Interesting. Front Desk was helpful and friendly. As wife says - room was basic but comfortable and roomy. Only real issue was that the while had nice new TV the channel selection was not all that great - no Major Channels hence no Sports, News or Local Shows.

Staff was fantastic. The room had only bare essentials. No hangers. No dresser (only shelves). WIFI would not work on all devices (could only use on one cell phone). TV reception was poor.

Everything was clean just basic not decor at all. However very clean!!! On complaint shower water is as cold. But since it’s Florida it’s wasn’t that bad! I needed a cold shower 😂 I didn’t bother to report it. I have AT&T and my phone service was terrible missed calls I suggest logging in the WiFi immediately!!!

Other than the noisy a/c unit we had in our ADA room I highly recommend this place.
Clean, parking is easy and can park right in front of your room door if on ground level.
The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will stay again.

upon arriving I was told there was an additional $50 security deposit due which was not mentioned or listed when reservation was made. There is no closet to hang clothes, no bureaus and no hair dryer.

The room was nice even the bathroom tile looked great, everything was very clean, I was impressed The only thing I wasn't very happy with was checkout wasn't till 11am and they felt like they had to wake us up at 9:00am

The staff was very friendly, and nice. The place was very dirty, and nasty. ALOT of things were broken, damaged, or not working. Just felt like I was gonna catch something being there.

This place is really good for a fast trip.
The place was clean, the AC works awesome. It's not food, no breakfast or dinner. But it's a lot of restaurants really close, walking.

Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom and vanity. Air Conditioning was not cold enough and kept turning off with dead silence. Tv cable was unplugged and channels had to be reprogrammed. Second floor had NO ELEVATORS!

No frills hotel. If you are trying to save money but want a nice clean safe hotel, this is the place! The reviews say it all! You can tell it was recently updated, our room was clean, bedding clean and the beds were comfortable.(bring your own pillow if you prefer fluffy pillows) The staff was great, and you are close to restaurants, gas, coffee, grocery store and the interstate.

Staff was great. However, we got back every night and our key cards would not work.San Miguel’s Mexican restaurant right beside the Inn was excellent and First watch restaurant had terrific breakfast and lunch. No continental breakfast at Inn but there was good coffee in the office . Overall was a great stay for money spent.

The only item that I need to share is the (check in) front desk. We arrived at 11:00pm the office was closed and need to ring the bell.(RING), we were in 4 clients (rooms), everybody waited outside the propriety for the person to answer the RING and come to us. more then 15 minutes waiting. The rest, everything was perfect. Recently reformed, everything was clean. I invited 2 friends, to go to this propriety.too. We have a conference at Apopka High Scholl.

The room was very clean but also very spartan. No closet in the room. The light level in the room was poor. The floor of the tub should be non-slippery.
Motels today offer a continental breakfast, Home Inn does not. This delays departure for travelers who are stopping for the night on their way to another destination.

The staff and housekeeping were all nice n polite what I liked about this hotel is their pet friendly n only charge 20 a day for your pet.. their prices are reasonable. There absolutely no hidden fee.. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
