No hairdryer one double bed very soft

I hate to give feedback like this it’s not something I usually do however the property owner is very rude and demanding that we pay for fees for cleaning of one nights stay, we have had no party’s and simply was travelling for work, we use booking.com all the time all over the country and this was the worst we have been to. The property was freezing cold, there was 3 of us one of us had to sleep on the sofa because the window was fixed open in one of the bedrooms. It had a strange smell as soon as you walked through the door and in the fridge. Their shower does not work at all and you have to put your head under the bottom of the control board to get a slight bit of water. Property owner is very rude, accused of stealing a key? And we left a Nando’s bag on the dining table and they have demanded a cleaning fee. Would not recommend the pictures do not look like or describe the property at all. Dated & Dirty property, Book an ibis hotel for better value. 1/10

I booked because it was nearest to family I was visiting. Imagine my surprise when I found I had booked a house ! It was fantastic and the hosts were most helpful sorting the confusion of which was my room, all of them apparently. There is a Sainsbury’s local at the top of the road, Aldi, Tesco and other shops are five minutes in the car. The property has a fully functioning kitchen and wonderful lounge area.
