Location was excellent and the room was a decent size for two people albeit cozy. It felt very home like.

Nice cozy studio apartment with house plants everywhere. Luggage storage availability. Awesome location! Quiet neighborhood. Right next to diners that opened very early for breakfast and a bar that stayed open late for drinks. Walking distance to Tower Bridge and London Tower.

Shower stall door wasn't properly sealed. So there was a puddle of water outside after every shower. Seems like an old problem b'coz the flooring there had warped and the wall was soft with moisture. Wife didn't find the bed comfortable. The entrance and foyer lights were all off the first 2 nights leaving the building pitch dark when we returned. The last 2 nights, motion sensor turned them on. Would be nice to have some lights on through the night, in the front of the building.

nice decor, comfy, good location, v good products (shampoo/cons/shower gel and coffee etc)

tv/Roku device did not work at all, forced to download and use an app with v poor UI to access property, key card later provided did not work

Camera pulita ed in una buona posizione

Camera troppo piccola, non c’è un posto dove mettere i vestiti, il bagno ha una porta trasparente senza alcuna privacy.

Posizione ottima, personale accogliente. Camera piccolina ma comoda. Ad ogni richiesta hanno risposto tempestivamente. Torneremo sicuramente ☺️

Such a comfortable and beautiful space. I love that the room key was via an app, which made things super easy and meant I didn’t need to carry around a key! I felt super safe in the neighbourhood being a solo female traveller and really enjoyed being in my studio during downtime!

My bedside lamp wasn’t working, which was slightly annoying but besides that no issues!

Loved the location. The building is located in a quiet and safe area with restaurants and cute cafes nearby. Easy access to central London. The room was cozy and bright, perfect for solo trip or a couple.

Check in info was accurate and efficient. It would have been great to get it before the check-in day or receive an early notice about it. The bathroom could also benefit from a bin.
