- The only real advantage of this accommodation is the location. It is very convenient. I have chosen this expensive accommodation only because of its location.

- Too expensive - The curtains are not ideal : there is always light during the morning hours - The windows look at the very busy street, there can be noise - The pillows are very small, not ideal for sleeping - In the corridor of the building there is a smell of some homeless presence. - There is no working elevator, the property is situated very high on the 4th floor: not easy to climb with any heavy bag. - The furniture is not in the best shape. The wardrobe is very old with bad hangers. - The other very unpleasant problem: it turns out that the host expects from their visitors to clean everything after stay: this way they can probably pay less to the cleaner. At the end of my stay I just inserted an empty used plate inside the sink (did not formerly clean the plate) and left the empty glasses on the table (also not cleaned). I left the bin not empty too: this is natural, we buy food to eat, etc. These are the normal things that we do at the hotels: we do not clean things for them it is their business to clean after visitors. This host leaves angry rude messages about "having no respect for the place" because the plate left in the sink was not clean. Despite renting the place per night and charging a price of an expensive hotel they expect some extra-airbnb rules which were never discussed in advance. I wouldn't have agreed to book this expensive appt. , if I knew that they expect visitors to clean after their stay. I find this demand for a one-night expensive stay outrageous. After the angry messages of the host I have decided to never book this appt. again.

Location was reasonable for city centre, transport links and restaurants. Host was quick to respond to us when we found the bed was broken

The bed was damaged on our arrival - the headboard separated from the base. Someone came to fix it but we had to wait in to let them in, so were unable to leave and get a meal. No kettle. Floor had not been hoovered (large crumbs and crisps found on the floor). Light switches had gaps around them with wires visible
