Pas grand chose helas

Que cet hotel à du être un fleuron dans le passé. Arrivée chambre donne sur une décharge avec épave voiture, voilages déchirés, piscine bouillon de culture à 38/40 degré sans circulation. On nous change de chambre, toujours voilages déchire, douche fuit dans la salle de bains, promesse de remise en service rapide de la piscine, il faudra trois jours et encore sans circulation d'eau et avec remplissage manuel pour être au niveau du débordement. Juste un cataplasme sur une jambe de bois. Plus de salle de sport, plus de bar piscine Plus de business center, plus de sauna, massage au vu et su de tout le monde dans le passage du lobby aux ascenseurs. Un niveau d'anglais inexistant pour 95% du personnel. Le café est du Nescafé réchauffe, le beurre fondu dans les plaquettes (trop simple de les mettre dans de l'eau glacée. Tout cela je l'ai écrit et envoyé par mail à la direction de l'établissement, aucune réponse à ce jour. Cet établissement ne mérite même pas d'être chez Booking actuellement, tout est tissu de mensonge, y compris une partie des photos. Je peux produire des photos de tout ce que j'avance ci avant pour les sceptiques.

It's located near the center of the town, making the location great. Moreover, considering the price, the rooms are clean and well-equipped.

However, mosquitoes seem to find their way in. During my two-night stay, I was bitten both nights, which made it itchy and difficult to sleep. Additionally, at 7 AM, there was maintenance work being done very close to my room, and the lack of consideration for the noise level was surprising. There's also something like an outdoor live house nearby, and you can hear the noise from it until about 10 PM. It quiets down by bedtime, but this hotel might not be suitable for those who are sensitive to noise.

Das Frühstücken, war um 9 alles schon wie leergefegt und für die Klasse nicht besonders viel da, zB eine Marmelade.

Bon emplacement, proche du marché de nuit et des petites rues animées avec restaurants, street food etc. Les lits étaient confortables, les chambres assez spacieuses, la piscine rafraîchit bien après une journée de chaleur à visiter Vientiane. La salle de petit déj est très agréable et lumineuse, le buffet est très correct. La clim de la chambre familiale ne marchait pas, nous l'avons signalé et elle a bien être réparée.

Un peu vetuste...La porte de la salle de bain grinçait très bruyamment, et la poignée était un peu cassée. Le couloir où nous étions était assez bruyant. Le personnel pas vraiment efficace, nous avons réservé un taxi, qui n'est pas venu ou a été donné à d'autres guests. Ils ne sont pas très dégourdis. Les massages se font au pied de l'ascenseur dans le lobby, cela nous a passé l'envie, donc nous n'avons pas testé...

Er werd verbouwd en dus was er veel rommel en geluid. De bar en gym waren niet toegankelijk en bij het zwembad was het een rommeltje. Dat had vooraf gecommuniceerd kunnen worden.

Très bon petit-déjeuner buffet. Bonne localistion de l'hôtel (10 minutes de marche). Propreté de l'hôtel. Lit confortable. La ville de Vientiane n'a pas beaucoup d'attrait.

Le café du matin n'était pas très bon, donc j'ai bu du thé.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that meets the expectations in its name. The best part was the kind staff, who spoke good English and even remembered my name! The pool is very nice, and the room was beautifully decorated.

The WiFi wasn't as fast as I would have expected, but it was reasonable. The hotel is not in the restaurant district (maybe 10 min walk), but the neighborhood is quiet and close to some of the nicer tourist buildings in town.

Très bon petit déjeuner,l’emplacement est correct mais la capitale du Laos propose juste une alternative entre deux connexions pour vôtre voyage ! Dans son ensemble il n’y a pas grand chose à voir si ce n’est que le tumulte d’une grande ville

Le personnel doit faire un petit effort en anglais de base pour répondre aux informations des voyageurs

Duża łazienka, pokój z widokiem, codziennie sprzątanie. Śniadanie różnorodne w formie szwedzkiego stołu.

W ofercie hotelu znajduje się informacja o prywatnym parkingu, tymczasem były to 2-3 miejsca przy hotelu bezpośrednio na ulicy. Jednego dnia wieczorem był problem z zaparkowaniem, ponieważ wszystkie te miejsca były zajęte.

I booked a trainticket for 450000 kip and when the guy picked me up to go to the treinstation he drove me to the minivans and didn't know aboit going to the train. So I went in minivan to Vang Vieng what is 150000 kip. I e-mailed to hotel for this issue and never get a response for it. So if you want to take the train,book it youself because someone toon some money in his pocket

Wir haben ein ZugTicket im Hotel gebucht. Es war ein Desaster. Zuerst hat es nicht funktioniert, dass wir früher als gewöhnlich frühstücken konnten, obwohl so vereinbart, dann hat man uns in ein Taxi zum Flughafen gesetzt. Wir haben letzten Endes dank des engagierten Einsatzes mehrerer Taxifahrer den Zug bekommen, trotzdem war es der dreifache des regulären TicketPreises nicht wert angesichts all der Dinge, die schief liefen. Man kann dort ganz gut übernachten, aber von zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen sollte man die Finger lassen! Unsere Wäsche, die wir dort für das doppelte des ortsüblichen Preises reinigen lassen haben, kam zwar sauber, aber teils kaputt und teils verfärbt zurück. In der Badewanne schaute eine Schraube raus und zum duschen musste man hinsitzen, da der Schlauch nicht lang genug war.

Staff were amazing. Bed was nice and big and good mattress.

Bedding was a little bit itchy, our key didn’t work so had to get a manual one which was fine but abit of a pain when you’re knackered and checking in at 11pm. The tv on the wall was useless.

The staff at this hotel made my stay a 10/10. They went out of their way to help me with an early checkin and a free room upgrade. There was a small problem with the AC in one room and they were immediately able to resolve it even at night. I could not ask for more. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and would even be ideal for a longer term stay. The hotel is very centrally located which makes it easy to get anywhere. Thank you very much and I hope to return here some time soon!

La localisation centrale, le centre de Vientiane est visitable à pied depuis l’hôtel. Le personnel a l’écoute et très conciliant! Ils ont gentiment acceptés que nous profitions encore de la piscine après notre Check out en attendant notre navette pour l’aéroport.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a dépassé toutes nos attentes. Le personnel était plus qu'au top, se montrant exceptionnellement serviable, souriant et attentionné. Les chambres étaient impeccables, offrant un confort optimal. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, nous permettant de profiter pleinement de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, complétant parfaitement notre expérience. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet établissement accueillant

Not recommended! The reality was absolutely different than we saw in pictures. All furnitures were really old, worn out and the room was not cleaned every day. Breakfast was terrible in compere to similar quality hotels.
