The place is pretty massive where you can get all comfort as staying home. It’s perfect for family trips. The pool is stunningly nice and all utensil and kitchen facilities are well prepared. Host and housekeeper are nice and helpful with a prompt response. Seeking for family trip, take this one!

Boiling seems out of order, or at least damaged so the water was running cold but refreshing. Central air con is broken, however, we were told at the beginning and big fans are arranged nearby.

Check in is easy, the staffs were helpful. The owner/caretaker sent us all the information we needed. The place is warm and welcoming, it's peaceful and relaxing.. even the guard is friendly.. the house is clean and the rooms/baths are spacious..

Everything is perfect. The house, the staff, everything is clean. Safe area and neighborhood, however the nearest beach area is a fishermen's wharf.. so we had to drive to the nearest beach, Tutu beach is 1 km away..

-Spacious. -A tv didn’t work at first but a staff was sent to sort it out so I didn’t mind that. -Easy to find

-Dishes in the kitchen not clean -Air-con in the third floor didn’t make the room any cooler. -Bath on the second floor didn’t work at all -Spiders -On the check out morning, a staff just came in around 10.40. ( check out time told was before 11 or noon) Like literally just walked in without asking. I was in the pool and my family(chilling in the living room) were a bit puzzled. I wasn’t informed in anyway when or who’d be coming in. I told her that I’d check out at noon and she said ok. But when she came in at about 10.40 with cleaning staff they just came in( didn’t ask anyone if it was ok) and put cleaning equipments in the property. Like, come on we’re still there. It was so uncomfortable. After returning the deposit she went out and left the front door open. The cleaning staff and her just settled directly in front of the door. We got no privacy after that. So uncomfortable. It was like they were there waiting for us to just leave. To me, the check out process was extremely rude. How can you just barge in when we’re still staying there without asking. -super loud neighbours playing party music from 1 am to 7 am. We were exhausted so I decided to called the host after 1 and was informed that it would be reported to the security. After a while no improvement so i called again and was informed that the host reported the problem through Line and was not sure if the security had seen it. So, I asked if she could called through Line if she didn’t have the number or i can just call the cops and she said she would called the security staff through Line. After a few more calls and it was after 2 at night the host called and asked if the music got any better. It was a bit better so i told her that. She said she just asked the juristic person to deal with in immediately so she’s expecting it to be better(felt like that should have been done an hr ago). I said thx and went to try to sleep. The music continued until 7.

Is amazing house and pool! So many bedrooms and big kitchen! I love it.

Unfortunately the pool was being renovated so we didn’t use it at all. And it was a Little complicated and took some time to check in but the owner was helpful and kind. Still good value for money if you travel With a big group since the house has like 5/6 rooms

extremely bad. we waited 1 hour outside the village waiting for the host to call the security guard. the host turn off his phone DO NOT BOOK . images compared to the reality of the unit is night and day. talk about photshop
