Seemed good at first until I met some cockroaches in the bathroom. First time in 20 years I’ve seen cockroaches at a hotel.

Roach infested

I was on the first floor and the room above was noisy. I heard stomping for 3 hours straight almost even sounded like they were fighting! They were a couple of flies in the room I could not get rid of. Toilet was dirty.

Room was good. You need to bring your own bathing items as they only offer bar soap for your use. No shampoo or conditioner available.

Infested with cockroaches… don’t stay here. They will not refund you even if you check out the next morning and tell them you won’t be staying for your 2nd night because of the cockroaches… that we left evidence of on the counter and took photos of… worst few hours of sleep ever. They likely made double the money on the room checking it out to someone else and will not refund our money we paid in advance for the room. Not to mention the staff knocked on our door in the middle of the night multiple times when we had small children sleeping and a super early day ahead of us, saying they show that room should be available even though we checked in with the front desk… we booked our next night at La Quinta Inn and it was clean and comfortable!

Smelled terrible had roaches and ant they came out to play at night!!!!!

The bed was very comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the room was poorly stocked, no cups, no soap, no shampoo. The room was a kitchenette, but there was not a coffee maker, nor cups. The door did not seal showing light from the outside, and allowing flies. There was damage to the wall around the door. The window sill had not been cleaned in sometime. The office for this property was at the property next door. The on-line pictures of the property and rooms seemed to indicate a newly constructed building. But the building was, in fact, NOT new, and had been there for some time. The office blamed theft as the reason, the room was not stocked with soap and shampoo before we checked in. ONLY when we asked for soap and shampoo, were they provided. The office did not offer any drinking cups either. I have stayed at Studio 6 before and found the properties to be clean, the rooms stocked. This property does not meet the basic standards advertised for a Motel 6 property, - that of a clean room. The room was not clean, there was debris under the bathroom sink, and the window sill above the window unit, had not been cleaned in in some time. It appeared to be moldy, but could have been water stain. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the office, they didn't not seem to care, and admitted they knew, the room was damaged, unclean, and not fully stocked - with soap and shampoo.

There wasn't any new coffee packets, but was old used coffee in coffee machine, had only small towels, and I had to go to the lobby after calling about tv not working. Waited 30 minutes. Not enough parking. Had to park on other side of property

I understand they are under construction, but the shower was not very clean, cleaning person either left their hair or it wasn't cleaned properly. The shower head was completely attached to wall. I saw a couple of roaches and their was no coffee pot in the room, like I was told their was. Despite where I stay I always carry disinfectant spray and cleaner

No extras looked run down floors in the room was dirty

I cannot recommend this property for future guest. They have a major bug and cleanliness issue. Not to mention on my first day the electric stove wasn’t working and had to switch rooms. The room was so dirty that I had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean out the room.

Receptionist was amazing. The rooms were very clean.

toilet was NO flushing, called the service desk, I was told to go get a plunger to fix it my self. I asked for towels for the 2nd day, the front desk lady demanded that I bring the dirty towels, when ITS the housekeeping job to replace towels

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, so it's messy. However this is about the conditions of my room, it seems like it's fairly new, but there are weird things like rusted doorjams in the bathroom. Lights out in the room, while it has a kitchen there's nothing to use. So if you plan on staying here bring stuff, not good for business travel AT ALL!!!!!

The first I was given on the inside of the building had roaches. I was given another room on the outside of the building and had no problems with it

It sucked air

As i was checking in i could hear the staff talking about the cleaning lady. Saying she hadnt come to say all the rooms were clean before leaving. I was given my room key and when i walked in my room had not been cleaned at all. Bed was not made and food was left on the table. Obviously cleaning lady needs to be fired

Close to I-35. Lots of dining nearby. Close to Gruen, Texas.

my wife, my daughter and I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because our room was infested with cockroaches... the person in charge did nothing... he just told us that we will contact the manager the next morning

Very spacious

Room had been torn up by past guests and was in disrepair. Many patches needed in the walls, and basic things like clothing hooks, nightstands, or a clock were missing. One of the lights didn't work. Would not recommend.
