I wouldn’t rate this an 8. Maybe a 6. All the rooms say “Suite” but I’m not sure if they know what a suite actually is. Rooms are pretty small. A bit dated but looks like they may have tried to remodel. It was fine for a motel. Super close to downtown so that was a plus. A little pricey for the room IMO.

Bad smell and found human poop in drawers. Informed front office and didn't seem concerned or no apologies

Well upon check in I was hit with another $27 dollar fee for my dog. I asked him to show me where that was on the site and he blamed hotels.com for that. I paid it and was sent to my room on the second floor. No elevator and my dog was not a fan of the open metal stairs so she was carried up 2 flights. This I understand as they get a fair amount of weather but no other means to get up stairs seems silly. As we entered the room it was colder inside than outside and hopefully you only have a carry on bag with you because it’s tight! The shower gets water everywhere as the curtain is to short. If I had not had my 19 month old baby I would have asked for a refund. Just do your self a favor and avoid this dump. It was an old hotel they put some lipstick on and a poor job at that.

The place looked like an old motel that had been renovated minimally. Poor psint job in thevroom. The jetted tub being out in the open room and the children having to walk past it get to the bathroom meant it was not usable.

Overall, it was good for a family stay in a presidential suite. It had kitchen, 2 rooms and a living room. It was clean and comfortable!

Nice room! K cup coffee! Mini refrigerator and small microwave. They do not clean room for stay overs, I love the privacy.

It’s a very nice property- clean and in good condition. The suites with sitting areas and jacuzzi tub was really nice at a nice price.
Good location close to the downtown area.
Only complaint would be inconsistent and weak wifi. TV didn’t always work because of it.

The front desk was very helpful during our stay. The room was in great condition, featuring a king size bed, flat screen tv, coffee maker (pods), and the best part: a rainfall shower with modern aesthetics. For the price you pay, this is an incredible option. I would definitely stay here again.

So far, our stay has been incredible! We got an amazing view in our room! We Absolutely LOVE IT!
The front staff were super sweet and friendly, Maria and Dulce were the best by far! This is a great property for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean but poorly equipped. Bathroom had no towel racks, no wastebasket or even a TP holder! Looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. Bathroom fans are so loud that the floor vibrated when turned on in the unit below.

Had a small place to hang jackets except there were no hangers. Very little counter space.

When I checked into the room and within 10 minutes I found two bugs near the bed. I killed the bugs and even took pictures of the bugs.
I wanted to checkout and the desk clerk refused any refund. Unfortunately, I was booked for four nights and prepaid.
My husband had unexpected emergency surgery and I needed to be near him.
The was NO empathy, understanding and just rudeness.
Very disappointing stay.

This hotel in flagstaff was a decent place for a one night stay especially for the price. The hotels cleanliness was slightly sub par than what was displayed on the photos but bc it was a night stay it was nothing to raise concern about. If you and your partner need a bed for a weekend stay, this place is great for your buck with supplying what you need for a night or two as most of our days were spent exploring flagstaff. As a traveling couple on a budget I’d recommend trying this hotel!

This hotel in flagstaff was a decent place for a one night stay especially for the price. The bathroom mirror didn't seem to be a real mirror, two of the lighting fixtures were exposed due to them missing bulbs. There was an attic access in the bathroom, that seemed a little off to me. All of these issues made me feel uncomfortable. I couldn't imagine a woman being in that room alone, or with kids.

This Hotel is awful, room was dirty and bathroom cabinet was falling apart from water damage. There were smudges of dead bugs on the walls, just generally not in acceptable condition. I couldn’t even stay there it was so bad. And they would not refund my money even for the second night. Just an awful experience and a nightmare!!

The room did not appear as nice from the online photos. The toilet did now work or flush at all upon arrival. I called the front and was informed that maintenance would be right there to fix it. No one ever arrived. I had to spend the night with a non-working toilet which was disgusting.
