Excellent location. Service is mediocre!! Rooms can benefit from a bit of Reno’s, especially the washrooms.

Great property and great staff. The room was great. The only problem is the room is not sound proof abd you can hear the cars and sounds in the street.

The Montenapoleone was in a great area near enough to The Duomo and shopping ton easily walk in 10 to 15 mins but not so close that you feel trapped in the tourist congestion. The staff wad friendy and spoke English well and the suite was huge and well appointed. Truly the largest accomdation I've experienced in Europe. The only hiccup was a day long wifi outtage, which was an inconvenience but when in Milan i would definitely stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and i really loved the concept or it. The rooms were roomy and the overall facility was clean and nicelydecorated. Staff was attentive and always willing to answer questions. I would stay again.

Overall very convenient hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Walkable area. The curtains are not completely blackout though which would be better. Very spacious rooms. Nice helpful staff.

The service is top notch. Front desk staffs greeted me every time I walked in and out the hotel. They even emailed me and in advance to ask either I want sofa bed made.
I booked business room. The room is very big for the price. I walked up to duomo several time per day. It was an easy walk and surrounded with many restaurants. I love my stay here.

This is our favourite hotel to stay in Milan because the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. At the moment some of them could use a bit of renovation here and there but altogether the place is great also because it is so central that you can walk almost anywhere, or grab a City bike or a taxi. We ahve been coming back again and again!
