Everything about this property was great. Felt completely safe walking around it and the staff was very helpful with everything. There is plenty of restaurants and other things in walking distance from the hotel. The only issue we had was some guests were slamming doors but the hotel staff took proper care of it right away.

It was A quick stay. Very comfortable. Ome negative is the parking in the back. It’s not well lit and a little scary

Clean room, soft bed, good air conditioning and excellent service.
I take a shower in the evening and the water was warm at best, so that was disappointing.
Overall a great stay.

Automobile breakdown on a Sunday forced us to overnight in Altoona, PA. Found this hotel in the app, nearby, convenient, highly recommended and reasonably priced. They did not disappoint. Front desk staff was SUPERB! Hotel & grounds were exceptionally clean, bright and fresh smelling. Parking was easy. Room, bed and bathroom were comfortable with good amenities. Remote check-in and check-out were silky smooth. Breakfast was good but just the normal complimentary breakfast items.

Hotel was in great condition and very clean. Only small thing I can say is the breakfast could have been slightly better. It was a pretty small selection.

My son's family's room was missing night stand lamp shade and the other lamp had shade but no light bulb. This was pointed out to the front desk, but was never addressed by them during our 2 day stay. I guess it was not important to them.

1 Night stay with my husband, fast service, friendly staff. Room was as expected, except water would sleep under shower glass doors. The thermostat took a minute to figure out. Breakfast was ok, bread was stale.

This hotel was what we were looking for while staying in Altoona. It is close to PennState Altoona Campus so it was very easy to move around. Plus staff was very helpful.
The only thing a would recomend it to have a water filter available to easily fill up our water bottles.

Our favorite place to stay in Altoona. Always clean, updated, comfortable and quiet. It was very nice to see the bar in the lobby open again, really enjoyed it!

I was in town for a business engagement. It was a standard hotel experience. I did accidentally blow a fuse in the morning with the blow dryer. I told the front desk about it on my way out, and it was fixed by the afternoon with no issues.
Would stay here again.

Everyone was great. Rooms just need carpet cleaned (not terrible just stained)and furniture in rooms just need a few items fixed. Uneven and chipped. Besides that it was great and will return

The staff was amazing, the pool was great and the rooms were great. Maybe update furniture (broken dresser and tables need redone)and carpets(maybe steam cleaned however everythingelse was great. Spent over a week here. We will return!

Easy to get around the city. Room was nice. Pool was too cold and the hallways were way too cold. Breakfast was good. Not real quiet a lot of outside city noise , cars, buses etc. overall though a nice stay. Would use this hotel again.

I didn’t like that the floor had hair all on it which means it wasn’t vacuumed a pillow had blood on it as weel

This was a very clean establishment. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only drawback is there are little or no places to eat nearby.
